I'm lying on my desk, happy that my internship is finally over! Oh, it's nice here! Even if it is a little noisy. Although, heated discussion of recent events was an integral part of our class.

Some of them were silent, but the video of the heroes' assassin, which was circulating on the net, spoke volumes. Ochako, like a martial artist, was demonstrating the techniques she had learnt. It was funny to see Katsumi with her hair combed. I was lying silently on my desk because I had nothing to say.

Do you know what Miruko's first task was? Run! Do you know what the second one was? I didn't have one! I spent the whole internship chasing a girl rabbit all over the city. And the use of fancy was strictly forbidden.

After my shift, until late at night, I was expected to spar. Well, as sparring - she just pounded me while I tried to at least somehow fight back. The heroine explained it this way: 'When a person gets into a difficult situation, there are only two options - to lie down and die, or to develop as quickly as possible, trying to overcome the problem. Humans are pretty resilient creatures, and with your ability to heal yourself, years of development can be compressed into a couple of months!'. I didn't have the option to 'lie down and die', as you can imagine.....

On the bright side, Rumi and I have become very good friends. No, she hasn't cancelled her stupid rule, but our relationship can be considered quite friendly. Who knows how it will develop, or if I'll go to her next practice? But she will definitely invite me, she said so herself. One thing is for sure, after everything she put me through, I will definitely introduce her to Toru Junior!

While I was thinking about what had happened, the silent trio was spotted and rushed over to ask questions. As in the manga, all the credit went to Prospector, while Iida yelled about becoming a real hero. But the star trio didn't have to justify themselves for long, as Mick showed up and the regular classes started, and after what happened, I was kind of glad they did.

After the class, we were met by the Almighty on the range:

- Let's start the class, because I'm here! - jumped out in front of us hero and began to tell us about the theme of the training: a race of rescue, on the range, which consists of a maze of industrial buildings.

- Of course, the damage to the environment must be minimised! - the hero cheerfully began pointing his fingers at me and Katsumi. Hey! How did I get into the ranks of the destroyers? Katsumi averted her gaze. Her hair was already back to normal.

In the first race, Sero, Mina, Iida, Ojiro, and Shizuka ran. The events unfolded just like in the manga. Shizuka learnt how to use her power correctly, but she didn't know how to judge the landing spot and came last, Sero won.

In the second race, I, Katsumi, Uraraka, Hoshi and Tsuyu ran.

- Let's go! - The hero gave the command and I flashed my flame and soared upwards.

- What?' I exclaimed, unable to contain my surprise at how easy it was, and how quickly I gained altitude!

I could only watch their silhouettes, but I wouldn't give up the victory so easily, and rushed forward, shocked by the next surprise.

- That's speed! - I overtook all my rivals and raced past the Almighty, who was already shouting about the winner, but I didn't care about him - I was flying as if on dope. I'd never dreamed of such speed before! Maybe I'll be able to fly without gravity release? It's worth a try, especially since I've already developed a good speed...

- Boom! - I fell into a huge cistern and immediately began to heal my wounds, walking to the teacher. I guess I thought about it too soon, but I'm making incredible progress! In a short internship, I've made a step more than I did in a year of training on my own. I need a new sparring partner...

- And the winner is Katsumi Bakugo! - announced the Almighty, -You all did a good job, but young Kayama, what was that? Why did you fly past the injured man? It may be a training run, but doing that is pretty cruel! You have to...' the hero started to reprimand me, and I humbly lowered my head pretending to be sad, but in my heart I was just dancing right now. So it's really true, my power is the power of whimsy. What are you, Phoenix, and are you a quirk at all?

After class, everyone went home, and I, with a slow gait, headed out to meet a fifty-something man in the infirmary.

- 'Toru,' the man asked as I began to treat him, 'what was that all about? You were cheering in class like a kid getting candy, did something happen?

- Heh-heh-heh, good thing you brought that up. - and I did forget my cunning plan to conquer a certain big-eared heroine while thinking about this amazing growth.

I spilled my guts. All of Rumi's elaborate 'training' and how she kicked me afterwards. The hero became darker than a cloud, but when he heard the girl's conclusions, and most importantly, the result, which I was delighted with, he changed his anger into mercy.

- Quite an interesting approach.

- And I'd like to ask you...

- What? You want me to race you? - The hero glared at me.

- No, no! No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. I wanted to ask you to find me a partner for training. You're too busy to play with an apprentice, and your strength would wreck me, so definitely not. I need someone more attainable. I'm a pretty strong punching bag myself - I can practise any blows without fear of being maimed....

While the hero was thinking, puzzled by my request, I finished the session.

- I think that's enough for today. - I snapped the hero out of his stupor. - In about a month, you'll be like a cucumber - green and puffy!

- Huh! - the hero got up, stretching his muscles. - Come on, I have an idea who can help you. - And I ran after the hero without thinking for a long time.

- In Yuei,' hero number one began to explain, 'third year students spend most of their time studying on their own.

- On their own? Is that wise? You can make mistakes, and I'm a living example of that....

- No,' the teacher shook his head, 'in the first term of the first year, you are taught the heroic basics. Like today's class, or that two-on-two fight. But from the second semester, no, even earlier, you'll start training your quirks. I heard Aizawa wanted to make you do that thing from the festival, but concentrating only on your fingertip.

- What a sadist.

- Don't say that about your teacher. You all have to train hard or you won't become outstanding heroes! - and I cringed at his phrase. - Hmm, here we are. - as the Almighty pushed me through the door of some firing range.

- Hi! - A bloke jumped out of the ground in front of us, looking like a mountain of muscle. Ha! I know him.

- Meet him,' the hero said with a nod to the guy, 'This is Mirio Togata and he just needs a sparring partner like you!
