6 Months has passed since Goku's 1st vigilante work started.The cold air of New York City bit at Goku's skin as he sprinted across the rooftops, his white aura suppressed to avoid drawing attention. The faint hum of the city below filled his ears—honking cars, distant sirens, and the faint chatter of late-night pedestrians. But his focus was elsewhere.

Nightblade had tasked him with tracking down a dangerous criminal known as "Vortex." Vortex's quirk allowed him to create swirling black portals that could teleport objects, people, or even attacks. He had been using his ability to conduct high-profile heists across the city, evading heroes and law enforcement at every turn.

"This guy is no joke," Nightblade had warned earlier that evening. "He's smart, ruthless, and knows how to cover his tracks. If we don't stop him, he's going to get bolder—and more dangerous."

Goku crouched on the edge of a rooftop, his sharp eyes scanning the warehouse district below. According to Nightblade's intel, Vortex was planning his next big operation here.

"I can't let him get away," Goku muttered, tightening his fists.

An hour passed before the movement caught Goku's eye. A group of masked men emerged from a warehouse, hauling crates onto a truck. One of them, a tall man with a lean build and a confident stride, stood apart from the rest.

"That must be him," Goku thought, his gaze narrowed.

He waited until the men were distracted before leaping down from the rooftop, landing silently behind a stack of crates.

"This shipment needs to be in position before sunrise," the tall man said, his voice calm and authoritative. "The buyers are expecting it."

"What if the heroes show up?" one of the thugs asked nervously.

The tall man smirked. "Then we remind them why no one messes with Vortex."

Goku's muscles tensed. It was time to act.

Goku stepped out from the shadows, his expression calm but his voice firm. "That's far enough."

The men froze, their eyes darting toward him. Vortex turned slowly, his smirk widening as he sized Goku up.

"Well, well," Vortex said. "You must be the vigilante I've been hearing about. You've been causing quite a stir."

"I'm not here to chat," Goku replied, his green eyes locking onto Vortex's. "Surrender now, and no one gets hurt."

Vortex chuckled, the sound low and menacing. "Bold words, kid. Let's see if you can back them up."

With a wave of his hand, a swirling black portal appeared behind him. From the portal, several objects shot out—metal rods, broken bricks, and even a tire. Goku dodged them with ease, his Saiyan reflexes allowing him to move faster than the projectiles.

"Is that all you've got?" Goku taunted, closing the distance between them in an instant.

He threw a punch, but Vortex disappeared into another portal, reappearing several feet away. "You'll have to do better than that," Vortex said, his smirk never faltering.

The fight quickly escalated. Vortex used his portals to teleport around the battlefield, launching surprise attacks and redirecting Goku's energy blasts.

"You're fast," Vortex admitted, ducking under one of Goku's kicks. "But speed won't help you if you can't hit me."

Goku gritted his teeth, his Saiyan instincts urging him to go all out. But he forced himself to stay calm. Nightblade's words echoed in his mind: "Power without control is just chaos."

He took a deep breath, focusing on Vortex's movements. The villain's portals were fast, but they weren't instant. There was a split-second delay between when he created one and when he teleported.

"Gotcha," Goku muttered, a plan forming in his mind.

The next time Vortex opened a portal, Goku feinted, pretending to aim a punch. When Vortex teleported, Goku was already moving, intercepting him mid-air with a powerful kick.

Vortex grunted in pain as he crashed into a stack of crates. "You're smarter than you look," he admitted, wiping blood from his lip.

Goku didn't respond. He charged forward, not giving Vortex a chance to recover. But just as he was about to land another blow, Vortex opened a portal directly beneath him.

Goku fell through the portal, reappearing high above the warehouse district. The sudden drop caught him off guard, but his Saiyan instincts kicked in, and he managed to land gracefully on the ground.

"You're persistent," Vortex said, stepping out of a nearby portal. "But you're out of your league."

Goku smirked, wiping sweat from his brow. "You talk a lot for someone who's losing."

Vortex's smirk faltered for the first time. "What did you say?"

"You've been relying on your quirk to run circles around me," Goku said, his aura beginning to glow faintly. "But what happens when I stop holding back?"

The ground beneath Goku cracked as his golden aura flared to life. His ki surged, lighting up the dark alley like a miniature sun. The sheer pressure of his energy forced Vortex to take a step back.

"Impossible..." Vortex muttered, his eyes widening.

Goku launched himself forward, moving faster than Vortex could react. He landed a series of rapid punches, each one hitting harder than the last. Vortex tried to escape through a portal, but Goku anticipated the move, slamming him into the ground before he could teleport away.

"This is over," Goku said, standing over the defeated villain.

As the authorities arrived to secure the scene, Goku disappeared into the shadows, not wanting to reveal his identity. Nightblade met him on a nearby rooftop, his expression a mix of approval and concern.

"You did good," Nightblade said. "But you're taking risks. Vortex was dangerous. If you hadn't figured out his weakness, things could've ended differently."

"I had to stop him," Goku replied, his tone firm.

Nightblade sighed. "You've got a hero's heart, kid. But you're walking a thin line. The more attention you draw, the harder it's going to be to stay under the radar."

"I'll manage," Goku said confidently. "This city needs someone to stand up to people like him."

Nightblade nodded slowly. "Just be careful. The world isn't as forgiving as you are."
