Marvel: The Chaos Witch

Washing DC was said to possess a population of around 700,000 people. It was not something one person could terrorize. SHIELD headquarters in Washington, while a large building, only contained around 3,000 people within it. Adam had only killed around 1500 and hence they had trouble finding how he would kill 700,000 people. Sean, however, for some reason felt that Adam could do it. The very thought made him tremble in fear at the thought of losing so many lives. Adam using his technopath powers ended the call in a fit of anger. Sean seeing Adam leave turned to him with a pleading voice, begging him to not kill all those people.

"You don't have to worry Mr Sean. True to my word I won't target SHIELD base and its residents as long as they don't get in my way." Assured Adam.

"By the way I need your help in finding two people."

Sean, heaving a defeated sigh, turned on the computer accessing SHIELD's satellite networks and various other communication devices.

"Who do you want me to find?"

"Three men. One named Lucas Bishop and the other two being Roberto de Costa and Peter Maximoff"

Although he had basically threatened and declared war on the entire United States of America, he knew that he didn't have enough power to properly make his threat true. While he had been practising and his powers on a daily basis, they weren't powerful enough to level an entire city….Yet. Hence he needed to acquire more powerful abilities to make up for his lack of a truly powerful ability. These three men while currently hiding from the world due to the anti-mutant stance of the general public, each possessed incredible powers capable of helping him carry out his demands.

"Alright done. One is in Nebraska, another in Missouri and finally the last one is in New Mexico" said Sean as he printed out the addresses and handed them to him. Adam placed the addresses into his left pocket.

"You will also come with me Sean." said Adam as he grabbed on Sean's shoulder.

"Me?" asked Sean with a surprised look on his face.

"Yes. I have need for your hacking skills for the moment" explained Adam. He realized that before he himself acquired hacking talents and skills, he would need to rely on Sean for some things. His technopathy while it could control devices within a certain range was quite limited. It was after all not an Omega level mutant ability after all other the original owner wouldn't have been so weak and easy to capture and kill. It had limits and hence he had to rely on Sean's technical expertise.

Without waiting for him to agree, Adam teleported away with him, returning back to the hidden Base where he had left mutants bringing with him containers of food and water he had acquired from SHIELD's hidden supply storage with the assistance of Sean. This time however the trip left him slightly fatigued however he quickly recovered using his superhuman stamina.

'Teleporting people seems more exhausting than teleporting items' thought Adam. Teleporting Sean had tired him more than teleporting dozens of boxes of food and water. He would have to keep that in mind.

Waking up the two sleeping mutants, they were given the boxes of food and water and having already gotten used to the routine, distributed the items to the other people. Due to him having coallpsed the passageways throughout the Base that weren't essential, Adam transported Sean with a few supplies to the main tech room with all sorts of computers, monitors and servers.

"This is where you will stay for the time being. The passageways outside the door have been collapsed and hence you cannot leave this without my help so you will stay here the entire time. Will this level of technology be enough to satisfy your hacking skills?"

Sean looked around as he observed the various devices. Some still had blood stains on them but overall they were all in working order.

"It's no SHIELD but it will do" said Sean as he dusted down one of the last remaining chairs and sat down.

"Good. This is where you will assist me by providing me the location of some people I want to find"

Sean nodded.

"Also I probably don't need to say this but I believe I should get it out there in case you have any funny ideas of using these devices to send an SOS to SHIELD giving them this location and information about me."

Sean gulped as a trickle of sweat ran down the side of his neck.

"I have read your mind Sean and hence I know all about your wife Samantha, your two daughters Helen and Angel and even your two old parents in Killona home for the elderly. I know what they look like and I know where they live hence the moment you betray me I will find them and I will kill them all."

Sean trembled in fear as he heard Adam's words. Looking up at his cold, collected eyes Sean knew deep down that Adam would fulfil his threat if he ever betrayed him.

"Do you understand?"

"Yes"

"Good. Ensure that your phone and devices can't be tracked by SHIELD. When I need something I will call your phone. That will be all" And with that Adam teleported away appearing on the outskirts of Kentucky which was where the hidden Base was located. Since he had never been to Nebraska, Missouri or New Mexico, Adam knew he would have to travel old school. Stealing a car using a bit of mind control, Adam headed first to Missouri where his first target was located.

Taking him around 7 hours, Adam finally arrived in the State of Missouri where his target lived. Following the address given, Adam soon arrived at an apartment building. Climbing up the stairs, Adam finally arrived before a door with the number 13. Knocking on it, he heard scrambling inside before a muscular black man opened the door.
