Marvel DxD: The New Sorcerer Supreme

Chapter 13: Ch. 13 - Meeting Serafall again!

Using the Transfiguration spell, I have successfully dispersed the parasite inside Belle, albeit temporarily.

For now, the two siblings are living together in Rad's farmhouse, although it was embarrassing and it took me almost an entire day just to convince the old man, in the end, I emerged successful.

Of course, a condition was placed and it was reasonable. Rad only asked the siblings to have their own share of responsibility for the farmhouse and business.

So the younger brother, whose name was Tam, took the responsibility of taking care of Rad's horses, immediately falling under Rad's tutelage, learning everything from him about taking care of horses.

As for Belle, since the parasite will be gone for around 22 hours every day, she must eat enough nutrients and supplements to nourish her body and make it healthy.

Though it was easier said than done, I still took the responsibility to search for the necessary food and drinks that she would consume every day.

At first, I thought it would take me a month before finding a solution to solve the parasite within Belle's insides, who knew it would come sooner than expected?

"ChamCham! I finally found you!" I was just busy picking out the fruits and vegetables from the small market when suddenly, my senses went haywire and it was too late for me to reach before two large mountains pressed against my back.

"G-Gahh!" Surprised, I couldn't help but feel something surge inside me. As if something just snapped.

Before the surge could fully bloom, the two large mountains on my back disappeared and have now appeared in front of me.

"This…Sera?" My eyes widened in surprise. No wonder the magic energy I sensed was different and ten times larger than mine, it turned out to be Serafall!

"Sera? No Fall? Heh? Are we calling each other by nicknames now? Not even Ajuka calls me anything other than my name." With a teasing smile on her face, she went closer to me to the point that I could now take a whiff of her scent. She smells, calming like a tranquil ocean.

Afraid that I might not be able to hold myself back from taking a large sniff, I coughed and backed away slightly.

"W-well, we're best friends, aren't we? Best Friends call each other by nicknames, it's pretty normal." Explaining the concept to her, I sighed in relief upon her nod of head.

"I see! Umu! Umu!"

"So…it's been a while? How did you even find me here?"

"Well, tracking you is easy but being able to track you isn't." Serafall grinned and scratched her cheek, explaining her reason in the most unexplainable way.

"Huh?" I was confused, literally.

"I was talking about getting permission to leave my pending mission so I could search for you! A simple tracking spell is enough to find you, you know?" Crossing her arms, Serafall pouted.

'How cute.' I couldn't help but mutter inside my head. Thankfully, not aloud, or else things would turn awkward between us.

"You asked for a leave just to find me? Why?" Now I felt a bit bad for leaving her. But she did say I'm free to do whatever I want as long as I don't attract the attention of the angels, right?

Only if she knew I attracted the attention of someone worse than Angels.

"Why? Why do you even ask that kind of thing? Aren't we best friends? If friends are supposed to play with each other then we should too!" She loudly declared, as if it was something that is official and set in stone.

"Play huh?" I chuckled softly, it's like I just made friends with a little child, technically she is as from what I know, she's 15 years old this year.

So young and yet she's already making merits in a goddamn war.

No matter what side whether mortal or supernatural, war bears nothing good.

Development? You can development through other means, not just war.

"So? Are we playing or not?" Serafall pointed her finger at me, as if she's not taking a 'No' as an answer.

Noticing that we're gathering quite the attention, I grabbed her wrist and pulled her away from the market, forgetting something on the way.

"Hey! Hey! Kid! You forgot to pay for those apples! Come back, you little-!"

As much as I don't want to give trouble to Rad's home but bringing another person, I was left with no choice considering I still need to maintain Belle's daily devil energy supplement.

Although one week have passed and she's better than before to the point that she can already stand without any help, it is still not enough to make her fully recover.

"So this is where you're living now? Why didn't you tell me you need a home? I could've lent you one of my family's house from the Sitri territory." Crossing her arms, Serafall must be feeling that bad that she was unable to help her first best friend with something as simple as a 'house'.

"There's no need for that. Does your parents even know about me?"

"N-No?" She chuckled nervously.

"So aside from you and Ajuka, no one knows about me?" I asked, pressing further.

"Y-Yes? Do you want me to introduce you to my parents? You'll be the first bit I'll introduce to them."

"Actually, I'd prefer if less people know about me." I shook my head, refusing her 'offer' that would definitely cause misunderstanding to those who don't know the context.

"Huh? Why?" Serafall confusedly asked.

"Don't you think it would only cause trouble if more people know about my existence? I know most devils are prideful with a few exception like you and Ajuka, so it would be impossible for them to treat me as a fellow devil knowing full well I used to be a human." Hearing my explanation, Serafall gained a look of realization in her eyes and nodded her head profusely.

"I see, I see! You're so smart, ChamCham! Why didn't I think of that?" Hearing her words made me stare at her skull and then down to her huge mountains called Chest.

I resisted the urge to blurt out the 'reason' but fortunately, I know how to keep my mouth shut for my own good.

One of the main things you never talk when it comes to women are their age and their body assets.

Source? Trust me again, bro.

Inviting her inside the farmhouse, thankfully, Rad was not at home, so I don't have to trouble myself explaining that Serafall won't stay that long, she's just a visitor.

"Wow, this is my first time in a human's house! It feels…cozy and cheap." Without being considerate, Serafall expressed her honest opinion towards the house.

If Rad were to hear her words no doubt the old man would grab his fork and have a fit.

While she was busy surveying the interior of the house, I was already using my magic senses and made a quick comparison between hers, mine, and a normal human.

After a whole minute of assessing, her next words prompted me to stop.

"ChamCham, it seems like we're not alone in this house." Saying so, Serafall pointed at one of the rooms where Belle was situated, resting to recover herself.

"Oh right." Suddenly, my eyes widened in surprise as I quickly approached her and without saying anything, I grabbed her wrist and dragged her towards the room.

"C-ChamCham? W-What are you doing?" Without me noticing, a small blush crept up to her cheeks as she tried to compose herself, resisting my touch.

"Don't worry, I just want to introduce you to her and perhaps, have your help."

"My help? Y-you mean, you need my help?" An unknown glint swept into her eyes as she replied.

"Yes, I need your help with this one." I nodded my head as a response.

"You need my help." She muttered to herself, as if she couldn't believe my words. Now that's weird.

Unfortunately, we already arrived inside the room and I didn't managed to ask her about it.

"This is?" Serafall's eyes raised upon the sight of Belle's malnourished figure.

Although she's already recovering and out of death's doorstep, she still looked very unhealthy compared to the normal ones.

"W-Who's there?" Perhaps alerted by our presence, Belle lifted her head and turned towards us out of confusion.

Upon seeing my figure, she sighed in relief and then her eyes went over Serafall.

"G-Good morning, Miss? I'm sorry I can't properly introduce myself. I'm-" Just as Belle wanted to pull herself out of the bed, Serafall beat her to it by pushing her back to the bed.

"What are you talking about? You're literally unhealthy!" She scolded Belle as Serafall conjured a ball of water from nothing but a weird circle that I've seen her use when casting the teleportation spell.

I should ask her about this circle later when we're in private.

To my surprise, I noticed through my magic senses that she barely used her devil energy reserves!

How is that even possible?

What kind of spell did she use?

Then I realized that what she conjured was not a normal balll of water. Instead, it looks like something that came out of a canal.

It was green, dark green and I could see small particles mixed inside in which I have no idea what it is.

As soon as she grabbed the ball telekinetically and placed it on top of Belle's body, I saw the green water dispersed and cover Belle's entire figure.

Before I could ask what's going on, my senses went haywire upon sensing the disappearance of the parasite inside her body.

'What?'
