She sent him a sweet little smile and then waved him goodbye as well. "Don't take too long martial brother Chen Zhen."

Gojo laughed as he made his way towards the exit. His hands returned to the pockets of his black buttoned long sleeve sweatshirt and his gaze focused ahead of him.

Meanwhile, MeiYing simply walked beside him, staring at him deeply before she scoffed. "You're actually confident in yourself. The most dangerous aspect of the mission isn't the Flaming Striped Python or retrieving the Icy Frost lotus. Those cannibalistic criminals live there in groups. You're inexperienced. You'll die.."

Her words were simple. It wasn't that she didn't believe in his talent or his strength. Rather, the odds were stacked against him. And from his history, this was probably his first mission out of the sect. Most newbies would literally shit themselves on their first one star mission, yet this fellow actually wanted to go on a 2/3 star mission on the first go, and looking at him, he was pretty confident in himself.

Meanwhile, Gojo scratched his hair in annoyance before he replied to her with a raised brow. "Who said I'm inexperienced?" He chuckled at her expression in response to his question. For the first time in history, the great Gojo Satoru was being underestimated. He simply shrugged it off and kept on walking until he turned towards her again with a frown. "Wait. Don't tell me you're going to keep stalking me, even on the mission? I don't need a babysitter.."

He looked her straight in the eye and watched the way her face scrunched up in disgust. But before long, she turned around and began walking away from him with a dismissive wave of her hand. "Babysit? Alright fine. You can go on your own.. I don't suppose you have a map to the Blackwater Region or a means of transportation..."

Gojo was stumped for a moment as realization dawned on him. He didn't even wait and rushed to her with the kindest and most sincere smile he could come up with. "MeiYing, Senior Sister MeiYing. If you would be so kind to accompany this shameless disciple.."

She raised a brow, seeing him bow comically, but sighed instead. "Sigh, I blame Grandfather for getting me into this mess. Come on!" Seeing Gojo's sincere smile even she couldn't stay mad for long and gestured to him, as both of them walked out of the Mission Hall.

They continued a fast paced walk until they were out of the sect, where MeiYing took out a flute and blew on it gently.

Gojo raised a brow when he spotted massive shadow looming towards them from a distance in the clouds. I didn't take long for a massive pure white falcon to land right before them, much to his shock. It was easily two times the size of a bear, with a wingspan the size of a massive truck.

Gojo couldn't help but whistle in admiration as he observed it.

She sensed his curiosity and spoke gently, while brushing it's feathers. "This is little Frost, my guardian spirit beast. He's been by my side ever since I was little." Gojo nodded in appreciation. Two lackeys at the Earthly Yuan Realm and a peak grade five spirit beast guardian. This MeiYing was indeed not simple at all.

She sensed his little unnatural look, but ignored it, before levitating onto the back of the beast and gestured to him. "Come up.."

Gojo nodded, and with a stomp of his foot, his body shot into the skies like a cannonball where the corkscrewed and gently landed on its back. He quickly sat down as he felt the murderous gaze of the falcon linger on his body for a moment, to which MeiYing's gaze softened for a moment.

She patted it's back in one swift move and it's wings spread and began to flap, generating wind cyclones that began to propel it into the skies and in one swift move..

It shot into the air at immense speeds, shattering the sound barrier in one fell swoop, much to Gojo's surprise. His face lit up with a smile, as they traversed through the air at great speeds and he couldn't help but speak in anticipation. "I need to get me one of these. The great Chen Zhen and his noble spirit Guardian.."

MeiYing scoffed and watched him slowly take off his glasses revealing his azure gem like eyes to her one more time. "Tsk. Do you think it's easy to find a Spirit Beast with intelligence like little frost here? Little frost here is a pure blooded descendant of the Heavenly Snow Falcon, an unparalleled beast on par with the Great Dragons and Celestial Martens.

Little frost here is only yet to mature. I human ages, he'd be considered a young teenager just like me.."

Gojo gawked in shock. This guardian spirit was truly not simple at all. It was already immature yet it could shatter the sonic barrier. How fast would it a full matured Heavenly Snow Falcon be able to move? He didn't even want to calculate.

He turned to a MeiYing, speaking as he took out a pure white piece of cloth from his Qiankun bag and began to blindfold himself. "Your background must be truly terrifying to have a Heavenly Snow Falcon as your guardian beast.." He blindfolded his upper face elegantly and placed his special spectacles back into their case and put it in his Qiankun bag.

MeiYing cast him a strange glance, and for the first time, Gojo saw the corner of her lips slowly raise. "What? Are you scared already.."

Gojo was mesmerized for a moment, but his face fell when he heard her words. "You know, I'm not used to being looked down on or underestimated.."

His words were simple, yet, it was spoken with an unshakable confidence that even MeiYing could not overlook. She looked him in the face for a few moments and sent her gaze elsewhere.

"You know, I did some research on those eyes of yours. But I couldn't draw any conclusive findings from my research. Eye related bloodlines are usually the most rare amongst all types of bloodlines or special ohsyqiues. Even since Ancient times, only a handful of eye bloodlines have appeared in this world.

My research all boiled down to two eye bloodlines yet I cannot tell which is which. Your eyes could either be related to the Dual Pupils or the Yin-Yang eyes. Am I wrong?"

Her hands were placed on her chin as she spoke like a scientist, a habit that Gojo shared and he couldn't help but chuckle.

He couldn't let her be satisfied with what she had. She had to keep figuring him out. It was fun. "You're wrong. My eyes are not related to any of those but tell me what they are, they sound so scary..."

He nearly laughed in her face when her expression changed from mad hot crazy scientist, to annoyed little girl. But nevertheless she calmed down and explained to him briefly.

"The Yin-Yang eyes were born from Heaven and Earth. These pair of eyes were incredibly profound and mysterious and represented the law of Yin and Yang. It was once ranked within top five of the Divine Physiques Ranking across all worlds. I once heard Grandpa say that someone in the Great Yan Empire had been born with this bloodline in this generation.

He didn't specify who or where the person was, so I just thought it could be you." She shook her head and scratched that from her mental notes when she saw the smirk on his face.

Seeing his intense reactions to this, she quickly drew her conclusions. His eyes might not fit the full description of the dual pupils, but he might be a descendant of it if he possessed any of it's abilities. She couldn't help but click her tongue in amazement.

Meanwhile, Gojo's face turned glum for a moment and he scoffed. "Don't look so cheery. And keep it a secret. I wouldn't want any of the elders swooping in and spying on me.." He didn't confirm or deny her conclusions..

She shook her head and then turned to him with a serious gaze. "What I really want to know is how you were able to resist the suppression of my aura within the Mission Hall. Not even Saint Physiques are that powerful.."

Her gaze was the most serious Gojo had seen her since he met her, but he merely lied down with a chuckle. "Come on now sweetheart, a magician never reveals his tricks. Besides you know too much already.."

He whispered the last part of his statement. Had he not been so cocky in revealing the power of the Limitless to Yuuji in his previous world, he would've been able to catch Sukuna offguard and even defeat him, instead he let his adventure get the best of him and he paid for it..

Meanwhile, MeiYing's expression was rather unnatural. A descendant of the Dual Pupils coupled with space type affiliated Physique that seemed to transcend the Saint level into the Divine. This Chen Zhen was really something else..
