Hudson was in his room , laying on his bed and listening to a podcast and trying hard to think of some song lyrics.

" I just want a partner ." He said then he sighed and flopped his whole body onto the bed.

He missed Enmei and she was still giving him a cold shoulder but ever since Eros came back he just felt more and more empty everyday like he was an incomplete man because compared to Eros he WAS a weakling.

He felt like he was missing a part of him , a piece of his identity and maybe it was all because he no longer felt like a man who was strong enough to protect everything that he cared about.

When Eros came back Hudson was thrusted into a world where he needed to be strong and powerful but Hudson didn't have power because Hudson was human.

Hudson sat up and took up the picture of Enmei and stared at it , taking up his guitar and trying to think of words to write a song.

There was knocking on his door and his sister came into his room with snacks to see her brother crying with a guitar in his hand and Enmei's picture by his side.

" Are you ok ? I thought you stopped playing the guitar." Hotaru walked up to Hudson and sat on the bed beside him.

" I just feel so empty. I just feel so weak. Ever since Eros came back I can't help but feel like I'm less of a man because I can't protect the people I care about." Hudson admitted and Hotaru looked at him sadly.

" I get it. We all want to have flashy powers like Eros but we're only human so we have our limitations."

" It's not just that ..... something feels missing."

" Do you like Enmei ? " Hotaru asked finally and Hudson didn't know how to respond.

" I mean she's my friend."

" But it's 2am and you're looking at her picture and crying. Maybe you're feeling emotional because she's upset with you. " Hotaru said and Hudson groaned.

" I don't know what I'm feeling! "

" Maybe if you tell her then she'll figure it out." Hotaru said and Hudson just looked even sadder.

At 5 am Eros' heard knocking on his door .

he reluctantly got out of bed and frustratedly went to open the door , grumbling as he did.

" If Hudson comes to my house to leave another note I swear I - " Eros stopped grumbling when he realized that no one was at the door and there were no notes waiting for him on the floor either.

He quickly turned back and as he did he realized that a group of Cupids were now in his apartment.

" Really? You're playing pranks at 5am? " He asked the group of kids in front of him .

They were all a part of the Affection Alliance. A group of the strongest Cupids and gifted beings from Planet Passion. You could also say they were a part of a magical army in his planet.

" I wish you a great star, young Master. You're mother told us to come here to protect you." Venus said , her dress resembled a large and delicate white flower.

Her power was that she could control plants on every planet and she was also called the Flower of Love. She was a few orbits older than Eros and she liked fighting with the incubus for fun.

" I don't need anyone to protect me. You're all here to protect this Planet because it's the Planet that I'm going to rule soon." Eros stated and he walked by the entire group from the Affection Alliance to go back to bed.

" We have a new member I think you should meet. Her name's Yukina and she creates potions and I've been looking into her recent work and it really has a lot of potential." Venus said excitedly as Eros layed on his couche in the living room.

" Does she have information about Pheromone X and why my Pheromones have the same effect of a curse?"

"No ."

"Then why the hell would anything she does concern me." Eros scoffed.

" Young Master she's truly brilliant. You should see for yourself."

" Listen I get it. Everybody wants to help save Earth but I don't care about anyone on this Planet all I care about is the Planet itself."

" Young Master if the people of Earth die how are you going to rule over them."

" That's exactly why you're here. Protect them. Keep them alive.That's your job now. All I want to do is rule."

" Master Eros. Can you please give me some time to talk to you."

" If it's about love potions I don't need it. Too many people love me. It's bad enough as it is." Eros stated , clearly uninterested in what the new girl was about to say.

" Young Master Eros get up and talk to us. Why did you call for us? "

" Ok . The incubuses have invaded Earth and since it's probably my fault I am trying to clean up this mess and since I want this planet YOU ALL with have to help me fight off some freaky demonic aliens."

"That's it ?"

"I also got invited into a stupid game that might get our planet destroyed but I rejected it . I know they won't find me here but I need to keep stacking up on suppressants and you're gonna help me with that ." Eros stated as he sat on the couch and crossed his legs as he relaxed as if he was on some beach.

"Take turns going back to planet Passion each month to bring me refills. The female population could go extinct if I don't control my Pheromones." Eros added and a Cupid with pink hair and a small frame stepped forward and bowed to him. Her name was Amorette and she had a crush on Eros ever since they were younger but Eros NEVER gave her any attention.

"Love Lord , I owe you so much I'd do anything for you. "

" Make me a sculpture and steal the binoculars from the star gazing station I'd like to look at something pretty tonight ." Eros told Amorette and she blushed , spinned around in a frenzy as her body glowed pink and she blasted through his roof , already off to go do what Eros had requested.

Venus glared at Eros as she realized that he was taking them all for a joke.

" Young Master. I see that you're still behaving selfishly. Don't you think we should all work together ? We need to be more organized. We need to identify all possible enemies and start considering all possible methods of defeating them and we have to do it as soon as possible." Venus said and Eros got angry.

" I am your King. I am the one who gives all the orders and I expect you all to listen. Venus don't you control plants ? Go grow some apples outside so I can have a snack later while I watch you all work . You ! New girl! If you're so good at making potions start making a potion that will make me give a fuck!" Eros said as he looked at Yukina with disgust and they all just stared at him without saying a word.

Eros was bossy , dominant , mean , toxic ,and he knew it but maybe somewhere deep down this was his way of coping with having problematic Pheromones and an inability to fall in love. That could be the case or maybe Eros actually didn't give a F-word and anyone who ever thought they could fix him was just being delusional.

" Master Eros , can you please assign me a job today ?" A boy with blue hair asked and Eros took a deep breath before he spoke again.

" Take out the trash." Eros stated calmly and Venus almost exploded as she tried to hold herself back from shouting at Eros. She wanted him to take them seriously but here he was..... The Manifestation of Love on Earth , and he was treating them like maids.

Venus held her head and tried to calm down.

" I think we should- " A boy with white hair started talking but Venus quickly covered his mouth.

" Think about what you're going to say. Not everyone was cursed with the power of seductive speech. " Venus said and the boy pull her hands away from his mouth. His name was Alto and he was a powerful member of the Affection Alliance. He was normally quite because he knew how powerful his speech was.

Today he was feeling a bit sassy and Venus was anxious because she knew he could say the word and they'd become his servant for the day.

They were already going to be servants for Eros and she couldn't handle thought of calling Alto her master.

" It's a blessing actually." He defended himself and Venus rolled her eyes at him.

This was only the beginning of the journey that was ahead and The Affection Alliance needed to learn how to please their toxic ruler before they would ever make any progress.
