Legend of a demon god

Ryu came to a sudden realisation that the more he absorbed the negative energy in the air , the stronger he became and the faster he looses himself. With a sudden thought all absorption came to a stop, he could feel his blood getting agitated, he could feel his soul shuddering to suppress something, the longer he stood in the bloody smelly room the harder he could hold back his soul. In one sudden move he vanished into fog and drifted out with blinding speed.

He sped towards the Thorson clan.

" I can feel your struggle, please hang on for sometime, when I get her back , you can take over, I won't struggle or hold you back anymore...." . He whispered softly to himself as his speed increased and somehow the struggle within him relax seemingly understanding with his plight.

Ryu sped across the city and soon appeared in front of a majestic gates, the gate seemed to even hold a more domineering aura than that of the city gate but all this mattered little. He was quite some distance away so nobody had noticed his presence even if they noticed , it wasn't rare for some kids to come staring at the majestic gates at times, it was truly a sight to behold.

Ryu stared at this gates as he reeled all his bloodthirst in patiently, he didn't want his mother to see him in such a state, he closed his eyes for sometime observing himself internally and externally, the blood on his skin was too glaring so he released some spiritual energy and used it to clean his skin, his clothes looked tattered but it didn't matter because it will look more weird if he appeared in clean cloths since he was from the backyard of the city.

Ryu drew in a deep breath then took his first step towards the gates but still paused.

" If I walk in through the front gate I might need to get stained once again...Hmm" . He hesitated for a second before vanishing into fog once more and piercing right into the spaces between the locks on the gates.

The guards didn't notice that a monster had gotten in while Ryu drifted onto the top of the tallest building on sight then spreading his senses in search.

He didn't have the fear of being discovered by some expert because he knew how rare it was for someone beyond the core gathering realm to appear in this city, it was called a city but it was no different from a village just more bigger and more populated.

And he was confident in himself, it was like he already knew that nothing beneath the nascent soul realm could threaten his life.

Ryu suddenly came to a pause, he had finally found her, the clan never tried to hide her, they never thought someone will dare barge into their gates to claim anything. But Ryu was suddenly at a loss when he finally saw her, he was both excited, nervous and scared to meet her, just about 7 years he hasn't seen her and seeing her now felt so unreal . His emotions were all over that he didn't realise the condition she was in.

Suddenly a guard walked into the courtyard and stepped towards the huge double door completely ignoring the woman who was sitting by it. Who didn't know her? The guards at first felt sympathy for her when she was first brought in, but after sometime, sympathy turned to disdain, disdain became mockery so as to please the young master.

" The young master isn't in..." The guard heard the soft voice and suddenly got furious.

" Who permitted you to speak huh?....who gave you the permission to sully my ears you wretched whore??".

PAKKK!!!!!!

A sound of hitting flesh resounded as Ryu's mother fell face flat across the corridor, but she stood up immediately without as much as a flinch.

"Know your place bitch..." The guard sneered, atleast he could unleash his frustration on her without getting any response from her, it would be troublesome if she screamed but thankfully she didn't, all the guards were well aware that the young lord didn't like a noise, although this woman was an eyesore especially when she didn't flinch to been molested , it was still good she doesn't make a sound.

The guard thought inwardly as he turned to move but suddenly froze as his face contorted in terror, his whole body shiver violently , his pants began dripping with fluids.

"How dare you..." He heard a demonic growl sound beside his ears, he almost passed out in fright but he couldn't move, the next thing he knew was that his hand had left his shoulder but before he could scream , the arm was suddenly chucked into his mouth choking him on his scream.

"Wait here patiently, I'll be back for you" the demonic voice whispered quietly , the guard couldn't turn to look, he didn't here a footstep. But what he heard next made his soul almost jump out of his body.

"Ryu....". A trembling voice sounded, so soft, so pleasing to the ear, so warm. This was all Ryu heard from the voice.

He immediately turned his head away as he didn't want his mother to see his demonic eyes, he had thought of many possible things that might scare her, maybe the massacre he'll have to carry out to take her away or the bloodlust he might fall into when he saw her bad condition but he never accounted for his own eyes.

For the first time in over half a decade, Ryu's mother finally relaxed, she suddenly felt dizzy and dropped to the ground weakly.

Ryu sped forward and held her before she landed, he could see the gentle smile that graced her lips, he could single teardrop that lingered by her eyes, he could see the palm print on her face, he could see all the signs and scars of being molested all over her but all this didn't amount to a fraction of what he felt coming from her....

'DEATH' a deep desire to die was coming from her., He could somehow hear her dark desire, her negative desires where all ringing deep within his ears.

'just end my life...let me just die so my boy can descend with his fury upon this place, the pain...it's so unbearable...I can't hold on for much longer....my boy will come..... he'll paint you all in blood.....'

Ryu felt bloodthirst coming from his mother, he felt he pain , he couldn't bring himself to imagine what she has been through all this years, he couldn't dare to imagine what would have happened if he came a little bit later. But all he knew....

" He he he.... He he he .... Haa finally,... finally nothing to worry about, HA HA HA HA HA, THORSONS ,YOU GUYS HAVE DONE IT, NOW COME TAKE YOUR REWARDS!!!!"

His voice thundered through the whole courtyard, the whole sky darkened , feeling his rage .

The family head Lorde Thorson was in his study when he heard the booming voice that made even he himself shuddering, he was in the mid stages of nascent soul realm but he could also feel terror from the voice. He stood up immediately as he rushed out.

"Come on big guy, I won't hold you back anymore, consume me totally, take my own soul, but please keep her safe....please ....". Ryu soul finally gave way for whatever was taking over him and just at that moment the merging of his soul was completed. A dark tattoo spreader across his face, he spread his hand outwards and inhaled before vanishing in smoke .

"ARGHHH"

" NOOOOOOO!!!!"

"I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!!!"

" NO NO NOOOO!!!"

ARGHHH.....SAVE ME

Screams echoed everywhere as the skies rumbled, it was a complete massacre , blood flowed everywhere in the courtyard, servants and maids , guards, family members, non escaped, none was left a chance but one woman laid peacefully on the floor, sleeping undisturbed, the blood that flowed towards her direction all congealed and hardened onto a barrier that shielded her.

' more ...more ....more ....more ...more ... ' this was all that echoed through Ryu's mouth as his hands reaped more lives, he punched out and someone's life was forfeited, he kicked out and same result, it didn't matter how many came.

After 30 minutes of slaughter Ryu was now standing before a man who was shivering from head to toe, he took him by his head and sent a wisp of fog diving through his mind , then detonated the fog in his mind. Brain matter flew out from family head Lorde Thorson's ears as he died without knowing how.

" .... interesting". Ryu or rather the wraith now realised that there are many interesting things in this world after so many years.

He spread his hands wide and absorbed everything in the area, the blood, the negative energy, death energy , all that was left was a sleeping woman and dried corpses. It only took over 5 minutes.

He took steps to walk out of the building but suddenly froze. His head snapped towards where Ryu's mother was lying but he turned to continue, still, he couldn't.

He looked internally towards his soul because he was sure he absorbed Ryu's original soul completely, but what he saw left him speechless.

A crimson flame wrapped around his soul tightly and it even seemed his soul was absorbing this flames, he immediately stopped the process because he was sure that wasn't his but the flames kept assimilating with him.

After 30 mins of futile struggles, the last flicker was absorbed into his soul and he opened his eyes in defeat or joy...he was confused.

When he looked towards Ryu's mother, he turned and walked towards her so naturally as if he wasn't trying to abandon her a few minutes ago.

He lifted her in his arms, he couldn't help but caress her hair before going on his way out of the courtyard.

Now he was going to forge his own path ... The only thing still holding him back was the soul in the bell.
