In The Primal Chaos, My identity Was Exposed By The Heavens

Chapter 4 - The Anomaly of Heavenly Dao, Hongjun's Helplessness

Chapter 4: The Anomaly of Heavenly Dao, Hongjun’s Helplessness

Ye Xiu awakened, causing a sensation across countless realms and shocking numerous formidable practitioners. On Mount Buzhou, silence reigned as if in complete stillness, and you could hear a pin drop.

Countless gazes were focused on Ye Xiu, each displaying a different expression. The Three Pure Ones and others, who usually held themselves in high regard, stood frozen in place like statues, uncertain about how to proceed.

Seeing Donghuang Taiyi, who had been blown away, with a livid complexion, gritting his teeth and glaring at Ye Xiu, it seemed he was filled with an emotion he dared not voice.

“Junior Monster Race Emperor Jun, my younger brother Donghuang Taiyi unintentionally offended you earlier. Please accept our apologies,” said Di Jun, a wise and astute figure, as he stepped forward and bowed respectfully.

It was evident that Ye Xiu’s mysterious and profound power, demonstrated by merely emitting an intimidating aura that sent Donghuang Taiyi, a Great Luo Golden Immortal, flying, had left everyone in awe.

Not only Di Jun, but even the usually proud Three Pure Ones had to lower their stance and restrain their sharpness after sensing the terrifying aura emanating from Ye Xiu.

Ye Xiu calmly spoke, “I have no interest in arguing with you younger generations. The Primordial Gourd Vine grew on Mount Buzhou, my spiritual domain. Everything on this mountain belongs to me. You may depart as you wish…”

This statement startled everyone present, as Mount Buzhou was known to be the spine of Pangu, supporting the heavens and the earth. When had it become someone else’s spiritual domain?

They would have dismissed his words as boasting if it weren’t for Ye Xiu’s enigmatic and immeasurable aura.

“To claim Mount Buzhou as his spiritual domain… Who is this person?” They wondered.

“Across the vast Primordial Chaos, countless mighty practitioners have been heard of, but someone as mysterious and powerful as this remains unknown,” they mused.

“Perhaps this person is so ancient and unfathomable that only beings like the Grand Supreme Hongjun would know,” they speculated.

The Three Pure Ones and others gazed at Ye Xiu with mixed expressions, their respect for him growing.

Ye Xiu’s declaration that everything on Mount Buzhou, including the Primordial Gourd Vine, belonged to him and his issuing an eviction order left them in a dilemma. They were unwilling to part with the precious vine.

“A heavenly-appointed master binds the Primordial Gourd Vine. Does the senior wish to claim it all for oneself, perhaps to incur karmic consequences?” Donghuang Taiyi angrily questioned his words, revealing his discontent.

Though no one spoke, everyone agreed with Donghuang Taiyi’s sentiments. However, they dared not provoke Ye Xiu with their words. Ye Xiu brushed his wide sleeves lightly, emitting a brilliant halo that swept over the predestined gourd vines.

This simple action left everyone speechless. They realized their previously perceived connection and the seven predestined gourds had vanished instantly!

As Donghuang Taiyi had said, the seven gourds bound by the predestined gourd vines were all predetermined objects, each with its fate and master.

According to the original course of destiny, the purple-gold gourd was obtained by Laozi and used for his Supreme Old Lord’s Golden Elixir. The white gourd was obtained by Donghuang Taiyi and refined into the famous Divine Slaying Gourd in later generations.

The black gourd was obtained by Nuwa and refined into a gourd for attracting demons. The Heavenly Lord obtained the two-color gourd which contained two water and fire unicorns.

Yuanshi Tianzun obtained the green gourd. The red gourd was obtained by Hongyun and refined into the Nine-Nine Scattered Soul Gourd.

But now, all the karmic relationships between them and the predestined gourd vines had disappeared at this moment!

This was because Ye Xiu had eliminated the causal relationship between the predestined gourd vines and everyone present!

Ye Xiu also erased the causal relationship with Hongjun!

When everyone realized their connection to the predestined gourds had been severed, they were astonished and stared at Ye Xiu in disbelief. Even Hongjun, currently in the Purple Cloud Palace, felt a sensation. After a moment of shock, he didn’t move and could only sigh helplessly.

There was a time when Hongjun had considered using the power of the heavens to suppress Ye Xiu, or even… to kill him!

However, after several attempts, Hongjun realized such thoughts were simply wishful and unrealistic. Even the Heavenly Dao couldn’t control this individual, let alone Hongjun himself.

In the vast wilderness, a widely spread saying was: “Below the Saint, all are ants!”

However, few knew that beneath the Heavenly Dao… all were ants!

If even the Heavenly Dao couldn’t restrain Ye Xiu, Hongjun was naturally powerless!

Thus, Hongjun could only let him grow. Only when Ye Xiu closed himself off and remained silent for endless ages did Hongjun have a long respite. He flourished in the primordial chaos, becoming renowned.

But now, Ye Xiu had returned!

If Ye Xiu didn’t stir up trouble, how could he be considered extraordinary?!!

In the face of this, Hongjun felt helpless…
