Chapter 66
Chapter 66
– Who is this?
“It’s me, Sangju hyung.”
He answered while switching to speakerphone.
– …Oh. Hello.
“Have you been well?”
– Yes. But how did you get my number?
“Huh? I’m calling from Junman’s phone. Didn’t you save it?”
– Ah.
Gyeongsu quietly mocked Junman. A younger brother who doesn’t even know his older brother’s phone number.
“I called because I haven’t seen your face even once since what happened to your house. I called without Junman knowing. You’re not upset that I called, are you?”
– No. But what’s the matter?
“I was wondering if you and Junman aren’t getting along these days. It seems like you’re very angry at him. Is that why you cut off his allowance? Is that right?”
Junman glared at Sangju with blazing eyes. Unable to contain his anger at the question that crossed the line, he slammed the table with a loud bang. The sound was so loud that everywhere fell silent for a moment. Then the silence was broken by someone’s laughter. The laughter came from the other end of the phone.
– Yes. That’s right.
A very concise and direct answer.
That was the end.
After that, the call was abruptly disconnected.
When the panting Junman tried to call back, it went straight to voicemail. It seemed the phone had been turned off in that short time.
“This bastard…”
While his long-time friends might not kick him out immediately, it was now certain that Junman’s position had hit rock bottom. The only way to reverse this situation was, of course, money.
Junman realized, amidst his mocking friends:
It was time to claim Geon-woo’s inheritance.
He needed the money his damn brother would leave behind when he died.
***
“Every single detail.”
The investigator attached himself to Geon-woo, who was doing chin-ups on the chin-up bar. The muscular, handsome investigator with green eyes and blonde hair wanted to know in detail about the conversation in Korean that had just taken place.
“Right now?”
Geon-woo, holding the bar with his arms stretched upwards, exhaled heavily. When he tried to lower his hands, Mitchell stopped him.
“Yeah. Now.”
He wanted Geon-woo to talk while exercising. Being a pervert, he was good at perverted things.
“Ah, well…”
Geon-woo explained in detail the conversation he had just had with Junman’s friends, but as he was doing chin-ups, erotic breaths mixed in between his words.
“…That’s why they called. Junman hyung… hah, wasn’t there, they said. But, huff, it seemed like he was. Anyway, they’re strange people. Whew. From now on… ugh, I won’t associate with them anymore.”
Both were naked, following the rules of the exercise room.
“Mitchell, don’t touch. Haa. I’m exercising.”
Every time Geon-woo did a chin-up, Mitchell’s large hand slightly touched Geon-woo’s lower part, which wanted to be a bit more behaved today.
“So your brother has been living off the money you earned all along? And now he’s desperate because you’re acting differently than usual?”
When Mitchell asked, Geon-woo answered with a big exhale.
“That’s right. The money I gave him, for a year, haa, haa. He seems to have spent it well. Now there’s nothing more to give. It’s over. Huff. I won’t associate with them anymore.”
“It seems like you’ll find out this time whether your brother is really trash or not?”
Mitchell didn’t sugar-coat his words just because it was about Geon-woo’s real brother. They weren’t on such terms to begin with.
“You think I’ll find out this time? No. I already know everything. I won’t meet him anymore. I’ve completely cut ties.”
“Is your brother the type to give up quickly?”
“……”
Geon-woo couldn’t answer the question. While he couldn’t say Junman had patience or perseverance, he was tenacious and persistent in his own way. The brothers were different yet similar.
A long time ago, Junman had a record of making Geon-woo’s stylist, who had talked back to him, unable to even set foot in the industry.
Even after she left Geon-woo’s company and became in charge of another celebrity, Junman harassed her for two whole years, spreading non-existent rumors and causing trouble. Only after she completely quit her job did Junman’s harassment end.
Though the types were clearly different, the brothers were similarly relentless in showing the extent of their obsession.
“For now, leave that matter to me, and let’s just exercise.”
Mitchell smiled lightly at Geon-woo. Geon-woo tried to ask what he meant by leaving it to him, but he missed the timing as Mitchell hugged him from behind. After that, Mitchell moved his hands widely, touching Geon-woo’s stomach and chest.
“Continue.”
Geon-woo, trapped by Mitchell, hesitated for a moment before resuming his chin-ups. Every time he moved up and down, touching Mitchell, he somehow found himself exercising more enthusiastically.
With both hands not leaving the bar, Geon-woo was defenseless. Despite becoming Mitchell’s prey while exercising naked on the bar, he was just diligent.
Geon-woo thought he had been sick two days ago due to lowered immunity, so he exercised like crazy to build up his stamina.
He couldn’t forgive himself for being apart from Mitchell because of being sick. It hurt his pride that he wasn’t ready to offer his body to Mitchell.
‘I need to build more stamina.’
The one benefiting from this, of course, was Mitchell.
Geon-woo coming to the exercise room after finishing his daily routine and diligently exercising was proof of his diligence, and for Mitchell, it meant the start of a very satisfying hobby.
He could naturally voyeur and officially touch under the pretext of helping with the exercise.
Mitchell was a person who preferred situations with a touch of perversion like this rather than normal touching.
The same goes for the person being subjected to it. People who are flustered but secretly enjoy it. There are often people who desire to suffer subtly when stimulated by the decay and submission underlying human nature. Mitchell found it interesting to look into that psychology.
The degree might be subtly different, but most of the people Mitchell had brought this far were like that. Mitchell had filtered out and cut off normal people with twisted ideologies and opposing viewpoints from the beginning.
Under such circumstances, Geon-woo was being subjected to it again today. Geon-woo, too, was not of the normal kind.
“But wait… Wait! Is this exercise time? What is this?”
As the contact intensified, Geon-woo, unable to bear it any longer, came down from the chin-up bar. With a disgruntled expression, he spoke in a voice mixed with lamentation.
“Of course it’s exercise time. This is the exercise room, isn’t it?”
“…There’s probably no one as shameless as you anywhere. Can’t you keep those hands still?”
Geon-woo pointed at Mitchell’s hands.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
“You seem to live for the fun of tormenting me. Right?”
“I can’t say that’s not true.”
“…Damn.”
“So, should I stop touching you now?”
“……”
“Huh? Should I stop?”
“…Do whatever you find fun.”
Mitchell chuckled as if he had expected Geon-woo’s answer. His laughter grew louder, as if he was dying of joy at this situation.
In contrast, Geon-woo’s face only grew redder. He suddenly felt embarrassed and awkward about facing Mitchell naked.
“Geon-woo, I’ll hold back this time.”
Mitchell said, not wiping the smile off his face. Geon-woo felt relieved, but also a bit anxious.
“…I said it’s okay to do it?”
Geon-woo didn’t want to reject Mitchell.
“No. It’s fine.”
Mitchell, who answered firmly, embraced Geon-woo. As Geon-woo, feeling awkward due to the sweat, shifted his body, Mitchell hugged him even tighter, as if rejecting Geon-woo’s movement.
Despite hugging not being a rare occurrence, Geon-woo was flustered by his suddenly flushing face. What was with this sudden hug?
‘Hmm….’
Suddenly, Geon-woo thought that Mitchell might have been testing him. Not to play with his body, but to play with his heart.
If that’s the case….
“You can do it whenever you want,”
Geon-woo, rubbing his face against Mitchell’s chest, said something Mitchell might want to hear.
“I’m always okay with it.”
Thanks to that, Mitchell smiled in response. At the genuinely happy resonance, Geon-woo ended up smiling along.
***
These days, I find going to the gym burdensome. I used to go with Inbeom Yoon to avoid confrontation with other troublemakers, but that has become even more annoying.
I didn’t confront Inbeom Yoon about why he arbitrarily threw away someone else’s soup. I thought it was better not to encounter him at all. Fortunately, Inbeom hasn’t come to the gym since that day. I wasn’t curious about the reason, just glad it turned out that way.
As usual, I practiced with the stunt actors until my T-shirt was soaked. Despite not having practiced many times, I memorized all the movements and performed the action smoothly.
I was praised by the martial arts director for using my body well. I smiled from ear to ear as he flattered me, saying I could start filming right away without any problem.
“Are you really not coming? We can have a proper feast today.”
A gym staff member I was close with caught me as I was heading to the shower room. He urged me to join them, saying all the gym people were going to have lunch together.
“Sorry, but I have an important appointment. I’ll join next time.”
I naturally declined as I had to eat with Mitchell. Since that day when I unintentionally starved Mitchell, I prioritized Mitchell no matter what. Even if invited to a White House dinner, Mitchell came first.
“Everyone from the morning session was going to gather, it’s a shame. Well, can’t be helped. Good work today.”
“Yeah. Enjoy your meal.”
I sat on a chair in front of the shower room and picked up my phone. After checking if there were any separate messages from Mitchell, I reached out to open my personal locker. I had to bend down as it was the bottom compartment.
After putting my phone away and spending a little time, people who had entered the shower room first started coming out one by one.
As the shower room was a completely open space, I used it alone after everyone else had finished. I was cautious about my body, considering myself somewhat of a celebrity. I still felt a bit awkward showing my naked body to others.
Considering this, it’s surprising how natural it feels to walk around naked in Mitchell’s house.
Always being naked in the exercise room, and the small daily occurrences of waking up naked in the morning.
Of course, in the mornings, it wasn’t me who directly undressed myself.
