Okay here what I'm thinking the main character theme is they run a hospital but can summon the greatest doctor nurses across the world or universe of course the guy can do this by using a system famous possible move like the good doctor for example or the I can't remember what the guy's name but it's the one who need to use a cane to walk and this is not just a clean the people who just simply runs the hospital including the paramedics as well you will get famous paramedics people as well and really it can be in any environment in my opinion I would think you would be interesting you put them in like a cultivation world see the mix of technology and cultivation it will be kind of interesting or it would be funny to see an impossible disease get care like a snap thing to their technology they have just thinking about their faces
