Hogwarts: Please Graduate Soon

Chapter 140: Hogwarts, Please Graduate Soon, Ch 70.3

Indeed, Raizi felt a newfound respect seeing that Wayne trusted him so much. He bowed again and instructed the other horsemen to follow his lead.

Looking ahead, they should first search for Bain, who had just been blasted away.

Wayne involuntarily yawned. After all this commotion, he checked the time; it must be nearing two in the morning. Fortunately, tomorrow was the weekend, so he could sleep in.

The eight-eyed giant spiders were cautiously lining up to be milked. In the end, all the spiders were exhausted, yet the wooden barrel was still about one-fifth short of being full.

"Aragok, how come—"

"No!"

"It can be filled!"

"I still have venom; count mine as well!" Aragok was hanging there, his legs getting numb.

Wayne sneezed, and the vines instantly released their grip, causing Aragok to tumble to the ground. It took him quite a while to get back on his feet. He had nearly drained his venom sac, filling three-fifths of the last portion.

Aragok slumped to the ground. "That's it, truly not a single drop left."

"Alright, get lost." Wayne waved his hand, as if shooing away flies.

Aragok didn't feel angry; instead, he was relieved that Wayne kept his promise to let them go. As for any thoughts of revenge in the future, they didn't arise in the slightest. At Wayne's age, he would only grow stronger over time. He was grateful he would no longer be a trouble for his own tribe.

Aragok had already made up his mind: after returning, he would move away! He would stay as far away from the unicorns as possible to avoid crossing paths with this scourge again.

Unfortunately, Aragok did not realize that he and his descendants had now proudly become Wayne's designated suppliers, leading to more opportunities for dealings in the future.

After they left, the horsemen soon returned—not just the previous dozen or so, but several more, each carrying bundles of herbs.

The leading horseman set down the herbs and approached Wayne. "Hello, I'm Ferunzer."

Wayne nodded, recognizing the name. Ferunzer would soon become the professor of prophecy at Hogwarts.

"The Mars is very bright tonight; I already warned Raizi and the others to be careful. Unfortunately, they did not heed my advice."

"I apologize for this completely unnecessary conflict and Bain's rudeness."

Raizi hung his head in shame.

The horsemen often relied on astrology for their divination, and Mars usually signified war and disaster.

"It's alright; you don't get to know someone without a fight, right?"

Wayne, noticing the quantity and variety of herbs, had long forgotten the recent unpleasantness and smiled as he chatted with Ferunzer.

After a few exchanges, once all the horsemen had delivered the herbs, Ferunzer thanked Wayne again for his mercy, nodded respectfully to Hestia, and led the remaining horsemen away.

"Whew—"

The time for parting had come.

Hestia softly called out, and Wayne fondly ruffled her hair. "Alright, you just gave birth and must be exhausted. Go rest now."

Her big eyes showed reluctance as she carried the baby, turning her head back step by step until she finally vanished into the darkness.

"Phoenix King, take me back."

"Once we return to the Forbidden Forest, stay close to Hestia for now."
