Hogwarts: Please Graduate Soon

Chapter 134: Hogwarts, Please Graduate Soon, Ch 69.3

In just a few minutes, hundreds of Acromantulas had perished, yet none had even touched Wayne.

Alagork had no doubt that if this little wizard was given enough time, not a single spider would escape.

"Is that all you've got?" Wayne scoffed, cleaning out his ears. "Just because I look small, you thought you could eat me? Now that you can't afford to provoke me…"

"Does the world really work like that?"

He snapped his fingers, and another bolt of lightning fell, obliterating more nearby spiders. Then, he stretched out his hand, and an even larger lightning net enveloped the entire area. Though the gaps between the lines were wider, for a spider the size of an Acromantula, they'd still need to lose a limb to get through.

As for Alagork's size, being torn into a hundred or eighty pieces was child's play.

 "What do you want?"

Wayne walked over to the unicorns. As he passed, the remaining spiders desperately tried to flee.

Legend has it that unicorns only allowed pure maidens to approach and touch them; they were as innocent as they were elusive. But Wayne possessed a natural affinity for animals, having just protected two unicorns, so the mother showed no signs of objection to his approach and even made gentle sounds.

Seeing the little ones nibbling happily, Wayne smiled and stroked their slightly damp bodies.

Honestly, the newborn beasts were not particularly good-looking, but once their fur grew in, they should look stunning.

After all this, he leisurely stood up and looked at Alagork.

"Even considering Hagrid's reputation, if you want to live, you have to pay a price."

With that, he used Transfiguration to turn a broken tree nearby into a barrel about one meter high and half a meter wide.

"Fill this barrel with your venom, and you can go."

 "Fill what?!"

Alagork could hardly believe his ears. Are you out of your mind?!

The venom of Acromantulas is the essence of their being, not mere saliva; there's no way to just spit enough to fill a barrel!

"You have no right to negotiate."

Wayne extended his arm, and vines suddenly sprang to life, binding Alagork tightly and lifting him into the air. No matter how he struggled, he couldn't break free.

"If you don't fill this barrel today, I'll just take your poison sac myself."

 "Do as you will."

With that, Wayne released the lightning net.

He wasn't concerned about the other Acromantulas seizing the opportunity to escape; as long as he had control over Alagork, they lacked the courage to try.

Controlling such a large Acromantula also consumed a lot of magical power for Wayne, and with the Aqueous Shield still in place, he preferred to conserve his strength when possible.

 "I agree."

"But you must keep your promise; once this barrel is filled, you will let me and my children go."

Feeling the deadly intent radiating again from Wayne, Alagork ultimately submitted.
