[ Chapter I (1): "FELIX HARP" ]

[ ——— ] [ ——— ] [ ——— ] [ ——— ]

[ JULY 1, 2006: 2:36AM ] [ WIZARDRY WORLD, HOGWARTS CASTLE ]

In a sole castle, and only one filled with life. The small Hogwarts Castle could be seen having no life in night, with one room being busy. The Headmaster room.

Felix could be seen scribbling on parchment with no end, not looking up and admiring the moon outside, or take a walk. No, the boy is entirely focused and is worried about the Hogwarts Letters.

[ "Hogwart- no, no, this isn't good enough!" ]

He waved his hand and the paper he was writing on, crumbled, with another wave of his hand the said piece of paper was thrown to the side, on the small mountain of crumbled papers. Failure, he considers those.

Felix lay on his stiff wooden chair, frustrated by the way things are happening. Not having been entirely satisfied with the layout, inking, and format of the first-ever batch of Acceptance Letter that his Hogwarts will provide.

[ "Not good enough!" ]

Not good enough being his moto for tonight.

Felix Harp is an adult wizard, yes, they do exist and not just in dreams, and not just in paper, or folklore, or fantasy. In this world they truly exist.

He graduated from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, top of his class. With this school being one of the best wizardry and witchcraft school to ever exist. Now it has been 3 years since the day of his graduation.

[ "Please kill me now!" ]

Clutching his head, frustrated, he could be seen hitting it slightly as the dark circles under his eyes appear and became present for the whole world to see.

The workaholic, enthusiast, and lover of magic have done it again. He had done the impossible, and make his work longer. The supposed two-hour work, less than 400 word paper, or letter turning into a 6 hour work. With no progress in sight.

[ "Motivation please strike me!" ]

Wailing he could be seen looking at his ceiling, waiting for motivation to strike. With none striking him at all

...

I understand it now.

Hours later, with the sun rising he could be seen layed out, body entirely on the floor of his office while surrounded by trash, and paper that he discarded.

Having finally finished his work in creating the template for the Acceptance Letter for the soon-to-be students of Hogwarts. And it only took him 9 hours to do.

In comparison it would have taken his Deputy Headmistress 30 minutes to do so, but who cares, at the very least he had done something worth while when his insomnia hit.

Felix then looked at his desk, at the quill who's manned by magic, automatically writing the Acceptance Letters for the students; both the first, and second page.

All while Felix just relaxes in finally having inner peace... His once chaotic mind finally taking a breather, the dark circles under his eyes finally going to be cured as he closes his eyes, not at all uncomfortable with the coldness of the floor, or how the sun shines bright onto his face.

Finally, inner peace... [ "Felix, it's me. Open the door." ] Or not at all.

Felix shot up like a vampire, using magic to his advantage as to not force himself to stand up. Sighting to himself as he rubs his eyes, frustrated, but he has to wake himself up.

He then opened the door, fully expecting who it is who knocked on his door, thrice in a rhythmic manner. And the voice which could only belong to one person he knows.

[ "Professor McGonagall please get in." ] Opening the door he immediately welcomed who it was outside, and he was greeted by not a beautiful face, or a stern look. But instead a stack of paper and books towering the figure of the said witch.

Poking her head to the side she then looked at the man in front of her, [ "Are you really not gonna help me out?" ] she said, slightly angry, slightly pleased with herself.

In response Felix who was in a stupor snapped out of it, embarrassed he coughs to himself, with the books and papers she was holding floating out of her grasp not soon after.

Who wouldn't be caught in stupor, or be embarrassed. The Minerva McGonagall who is in front of him is totally different from the stern, old, McGonagall in the original books, or movies.

[ "This are the task that I need helping-" ]

[ "This are the papers you requested me to work on-" ]

[ "And finally this are the Common Rooms needed supplies-" ]

She could be heard speaking, occasionally pointing at one of the papers or books. But Felix was too lost in thoughts as he stares at her beautiful face.

Long brown hair tied to a bun, her glistening skin, professional attitude hidden behind those glasses. Emerald-green eyes that shines with the reflection of the sun. It is no wonder that Felix fell inlove with her on first sight.

[ "-elix? Felix are you there?" ] Moving her hands in front of his face, he was once again pulled out of his trance, by her nonetheless. So embarrassing.

[ "O-oh yes, I heard. I heard." ] He kept nodding to himself, trying to maintain his composure. [ "Thank you for the help, Ms. McGonagall." ] Miss for she isn't engaged, or married yet, which inexplicably brought a smile to his face.

[ "Very well then, I'll be in my office if you need me. Goodbye." ] And just like that, she turned and left, having done her job as the Deputy Headmistress of New Hogwarts. Even though Felix didn't want for her too, even if he wanted her to stay even for just a second longer.

He couldn't bring himself to ask her, he is too shy.

He could only sight in frustration as his helpless crush unaware of his feelings walks away, with her figure turning right from the corridor away from his sigh.

Merlin's beard, I'm hopeless.
