At the thick luscious forest, one would see a beautiful scenery, a wonderful display of nature. There are countless flowers that would just let you sigh in wonder. A place where it is considered haven for many, a peaceful place, and an arena of survival for the animals as they kill each other to survive the next day...and today, we shall bare witness the life of an esteemed predator chasing its prey.

"Wait! Can we talk about this-"

Today we shall look at the far reaches of the land, a never seen before type of creature.

A humongous creature. A being capable of destruction unimaginable.

"Look, it was not personal! I was just doing my job!"

Hidan's Point of View

I jumped my way to the side to avoid being hit by a giant tail. I dashed towards the two tails with my sickle raised to deliver a slash but I immediately jumped a few backwards to avoid being hit by its humongous claw.

Damn it. I can't get close to her.

"You killed her. You and that masked bastard. Both of you killed her."

I heard her mutterings but I didn't pay much attention to it. I was too busy dodging to do so anyway.

"You akatsuki filth. Once I'm finished with you, I will find all the rest of your fellow maggots."

I jumped towards her, the ground I once stepped immediately being burned to a crisp from her attacks. I prepared my sickle and delivered a slash towards her neck. Unfortunately, my attack just seems to pass through.

What the hell? It wasn't like this before.

Bam!

"Gah!" I screamed as I was hit by the two tail's giant fist. I crashed through the ground before stopping at the nearby rock.

"Uh.." I muttered. My head feels dizzy. Droplets of blood had fallen near my feet. My body feels like shit. Soon enough, my body is healed once again. My previous injuries now gone in an instant.

I stepped away from the hole I was from. A few miles away from me, I could see the bijuu running towards me at an insane speed.

I need a plan. Continuing the battle like this is not gonna get me anywhere. My attacks did nothing to her, it's like I'm slashing a flame itself.

The two tails are now directly right above me. Her flamed paws ready to tear me apart.

"What do I do?"

For the past couple of minutes, my regenerative ability is surely being put to the test. I was being tossed around like a toy and being smashed like an insect. I couldn't keep up the amount of times I vomited blood all over the place. And the pain...

The pain is always there...

Whenever I get healed up, the bastard cat would deliver even more pain. More injuries, more wounds, more broken bones, more...torture.

I opened my eyes and saw the blue sky.

Huh. What a joke. I must have been tossed again, didn't I? And right on cue, the next thing I saw is an approaching tailed beast bomb.

Shit. If I didn't do something soon, I would truly die from that attack. I tossed my sickle to the far side, making sure that is was away from the blast zone. Once I determined that it was far enough, I immediately did a body replacement jutsu. In mere moments, the sickle and I swapped places, just in time for it to get hit by the tailed beast bomb.

A devastating explosion came right after. I was tossed away once again by the shockwave. I crashed through a tree that resulted in broken ribs before hitting the ground with a loud thud.

I laid there with my body starting to heal once again. This is getting ridiculous, how do I beat something who's body is entirely made up of chakra. Our last confrontation isn't even this difficult. Kakuzu and I were able to defeat this one along with its jinchurikii without trouble. Although Kakuzu did most of the heavy lifting, I was still the one that did the final blow. So how did we do it last time?

"There you are."

Ah shit. I immediately leaped backwards to avoid being crushed by her tail.

"You won't escape like last time!"

I did my best to avoid all her attacks but a few lucky ones have been able to hit me. I broke three trees in half after the first few ones and ate dirt at the ongoing hits right after. Damn it, I need to focus.

How did we beat her?

How did Kakuzu harmed her...he used those masked creatures, doesn't he. Especially the one with a beak...wait, that's it!

I jumped uphigh in the air to avoid another one of her attacks however, I was now an open target.

"Hahaha, you fool. You just cornered yourself. You can't dodge in mid-air. Now..."

The two tails opened her mouth to prepare a tailed beast bomb.

"It's your time to die!"

And with a loud declaration, she unleashed her tailed beast bomb towards me.

I really hope this works. It's been a long time since I used some of my ninjutsus in battle.

I made a few hand signs that summoned two shadow clones in front of me. I used their backs to move myself in the air, just in time to avoid a tailed beast bomb.

My clones are quickly incinerated but I was given the opportunity of a clear target. It's my turn now you gigantic fuck. I did a water hand sign and poured all of my chakra in this attack.

Sorry Kisame, let me borrow one of your jutsus for a bit.

"Water Style: Super Water Shark Bomb Jutsu!"

And a giant water shark emerged within me. It's easily bigger than the bijuu. The flaming cat is immediately hit with a sonic boom that shook the entire forest.

I saw the bijuu screaming in agony as the jutsu is putting out it's flames like a raging tsunami. How about that, huh?!

I suddenly felt dizzy. Ah crap, my chakra. It's almost depleted. I slowly descended below with my body no longer moving. My eyelids are even starting to feel heavy. The last thing I know is the painful cry of the bijuu before darkness consumed me.
