Herobrine in Marvel...again

Chapter 40: 30 MC's discovery

(Ender's POV)

"Oh, my little Phoenix, my princess," I cooed, cradling the tiny red-haired baby in my arms. Her vibrant green eyes, wide with curiosity, gazed up at me. "Look what I brought for you."

I gestured to the magnificent crib I had just set down. It shimmered like liquid mercury, catching the light with an ethereal glow. In reality, it was made of Mysterium, an extraordinary material I had 'borrowed' from the Phoenix Force. Well, borrowed was a strong word. Let's just say it was an unintended bonus from our arrangement. Of course, I made sure to keep a generous stash of it in my treasury for 'research purposes.'

The reason I made it wasn't due to its material value but because it would make Firehair (I am still thinking about the name) feel like she is in Mother's embrace due to Mysterium's connection with Phoenix Force.

It was the same for Atum, who rested in the leaf crib/bed made by Gaia, though currently, it had mutated due to Atum's energy.

Firehair's gaze locked onto the crib immediately, her tiny hands reaching out as if drawn to its glow. "You like it, huh?" I chuckled, bouncing her lightly in my arms. "Only the best for my little princess. You deserve nothing less."

Her giggles filled the room, and I couldn't help but grin. There was something about her, this innocent, untainted bundle of potential, similar to Atum that made me want to protect her with everything I had.

Setting her down gently into the crib, I watched as she wiggled and gurgled, "Aiyah~" her small hands patting the smooth surface. "See? Perfect fit," I said proudly. "Daddy's got good taste, doesn't he?"

The crib adjusted to her touch, glowing softly as if responding to her psionic energy. It was as if the material recognized her importance.

"You are going to grow up to be amazing," I murmured, stroking her wildfire-red hair.

"Mmhbubu?" She looked curiously at me as if understanding my words.

"But for now, you are just my little girl. And I'm going to make sure you stay happy and safe."

(Elsewhere – Gaia and Phoenix Force)

Gaia folded her arms, her eyes narrowing at the fiery cosmic being in front of her. "So, you think you can just steal my husband and walk into our family as a mother?"

The Phoenix Force tilted her head in confusion. "It wasn't theft. It was... an arrangement. For the child."

Gaia narrowed her eyes. "An arrangement? You have barely stepped into this plane; last time you did, you burned land on Earth permanently, and now you are already trying to claim motherhood and Ender?"

The Phoenix Force's flames flickered briefly, almost sheepishly. "I wasn't aware something like that would happen, and what I asked Herobrine would be interpreted as such. But… I admit, I find the concept of motherhood intriguing."

"Intriguing?" Gaia raised an eyebrow, her stance softening slightly. "Motherhood is more than intriguing. If you truly want to share in this family, you'll have to learn what it means. It isn't just an abstract concept, Phoenix. A family is also about understanding bonds, compromise, and—most importantly—respect."

The Phoenix Force's fiery looked confused at her words but nodded nonetheless. "I see. Then… will you guide me?"

Gaia couldn't help but giggle, seeing a confused look on the 'face' of the cosmic being, "Fufu~, I will guide you, all right. But don't think for a second that I won't keep an eye on you. Ender may not realize it, but he has started something far bigger than he understands."

(Oshtur)

Oshtur watched from the mirror dimension, eyes narrowing in frustration. "Out of nowhere," she muttered. "She appears and claims him just like that?"

Her irritation grew as she replayed the scene of Phoenix Force inserting herself into the family dynamic. I have been here since the beginning, and she just... swoops in?

'She didn't even ask for Gaia's permission!' something that took her forever to do.

She clenched her fist, her aura flaring slightly. I won't let her get too far ahead. Ender deserves someone who understands him deeply, not a fiery upstart with cosmic delusions.

As she glanced at the mortal plane, where Ender was gently tucking Firehair into the glowing crib, her 'I am not going to hold back now.'

The scene tugged at something deep within Oshtur—a familiar mix of longing and jealousy.

A determined look crossed her face. "No more. If Phoenix Force can claim him through a child, then so can I. And unlike her, I will understand him. I already do."

Oshtur rose gracefully from her bed. She began to weave a spell, her fingers dancing through the air as strands of magic intertwined around her. "If I am to succeed, I must remind him of what we share. Our history, our bond... and what I can offer him that no one else can."

Her silver eyes sparkled with mischief. "And when the time is right, I will bear his child. A child that embodies both our strengths. A child that will solidify my place in this family."

As she worked on her plan, Oshtur couldn't help but imagine what it would be like. A child born of her and Ender a being of unparalleled magic and power. She could almost see it now: Ender holding their child, pride shining in his eyes.

The thought brought a soft smile to her lips. "Not just for power," she reminded herself. "But because I want to be part of his life in every way. And if that means playing the game, so be it."

As she finished her preparations, she gazed out at the cosmos, her resolve stronger than ever. "Watch closely, Phoenix Force. You may have gotten ahead of me, but this game isn't over. Not by a long shot."

She looked in the mirror. "Perfect, Gaia has told me all of his preferences," a faint blush appeared on her face, which she quickly dismissed, "I can't hold back now."

In the ethereal beauty of Alfheim, the realm of light and splendor, surrounded her like a dream. The sky was painted in hues of gold and lavender, with radiant trees glowing faintly in the twilight. Oshtur stood near a crystal-clear brook that flowed with liquid light, her silver gown shimmering as if it were woven from starlight itself.

She had chosen this place with care, knowing its serene yet majestic atmosphere would appeal to Ender's appreciation for natural beauty and tranquility.

But despite her meticulous planning, doubt lingered in her mind. She had orchestrated this meeting to finally take a bold step, to show Ender not only her intentions but the depth of her feelings. Yet, she found herself hesitating.

"What if he doesn't see me as more than an ally? What if I've waited too long?" she whispered to herself; she had sent Ender her message, and. It wouldn't take him long to arrive; thinking about her 'plan,' her heart started beating faster.

(Ender's POV)

(Ender's POV)

Honestly, Oshtur took much longer to make her move than I expected. Her feelings for me were obvious—a crush so evident that even Gaia had teased me about it once or twice. At first, it felt strange, but with time, I found myself drawn to her. How could I not? She was everything one could want in a partner: loyal, powerful, beautiful, and endlessly understanding.

I suppose, somewhere along the way, I started seeing her as mine. Not in a possessive way at first—at least, that's what I told myself. It was just natural, wasn't it? She had been by my side for so long, supporting me and believing in me. The thought of her being with someone else? It didn't sit well with me.

I tried brushing it off at first. "It's just pride," I thought. "I don't want to lose someone as remarkable as her." But as time went on, that explanation began to feel hollow. It wasn't just pride. It wasn't just obsession.

I liked her.

But it wasn't the kind of affection you could put neatly into a box. It was fierce, all-consuming, and, yes, maybe a little dangerous. The idea of losing her—of her choosing someone else, leaving our family—was unbearable. It wasn't an option. I wouldn't let it be.

And then, there was the Phoenix Force. A part of me felt the same way about her. She had entered our lives suddenly, but even so, I felt a pull—a need to ensure she stayed. Whether it was her power or the way she sought to understand emotions like a curious child, I couldn't bear the thought of her leaving either.

Perhaps it wasn't just love. Perhaps it was something deeper, darker. I'd discovered recently that there was a side of me willing to do whatever it took to keep the ones I cherished close. Not out of control, but out of a need to protect what was mine.

I sighed, watching Oshtur from across the glowing grove of Alfheim. She was hesitating, as she always did when it came to matters of the heart. And though I admired her cautious nature, this was taking too long. If she wouldn't make the move, then I would.

Because she was mine.

Not in a way that shackled her, no. I would cherish her, protect her, and give her everything she could ever need or want. But I couldn't let her walk away. Not now. Not ever.

(General)

Oshtur turned as she sensed his approach. Ender's dark aura seemed to contrast with the radiant light of Alfheim, yet it didn't diminish his presence. If anything, it enhanced it, making him seem all the more commanding.

"You look beautiful Oshtur," Ender said, his voice low and warm.

Oshtur offered a small smile. "I thought it would be a fitting for our… talk."

"Talk?" Ender's lips quirked into a knowing smirk. He stepped closer, his gaze locking onto hers. "Is that truly why you asked me to come here?"

Her composure faltered for a moment. "I… I thought—"

"You thought I wouldn't notice?" he interrupted gently. "Oshtur, you don't need to hesitate. You've always been there for me, always supported me. Do you think I would turn away now?"

Her eyes widened. "You knew?"

Ender chuckled softly. "Of course, I knew. But I wanted to give you the chance to come to me on your terms. Still, if hesitation is all that holds you back…"

He stepped forward, closing the distance between them, and took her hand in his. "Let me make this clear."

With a deep breath, "Oshtur, it's time we stopped dancing around this," he said, stopping just inches away. "You and I both know what you want. And I'm done waiting for you to say it."

Her lip,s parted, but no words came out.

He reached out, gently tucking a stray lock of her hair behind her ear. "You have been by my side for so long, Oshtur. You've shown me loyalty, strength, and care. I would be a fool not to see it. And I would be an even bigger fool to let you slip away."

Her eyes glistened, emotions warring within them.

"You are mine, Oshtur," he said, his voice soft but possessive. "You always have been. And I'll make sure you always will be."

His eyes locked onto Oshtur's silver ones. At this moment, only the two of them existed.

Oshtur's breath hitched as his hand brushed her cheek. His touch was warm and steady, and it sent a shiver down her spine. She wasn't used to this—not to being so vulnerable, not to the rush of emotions that surged whenever he was near.

"Oshtur," Ender murmured, his voice low and intimate, "you don't have to hesitate anymore."

She felt rooted in place, her heart racing. For centuries, she had been confident in her power, her wisdom. But now, standing before him, she felt like a young maiden facing her first moment of intimacy. (Well it was.)

"I—" she began, but Ender silenced her gently by tilting her chin upward.

"Let me lead," he whispered, his tone soothing yet commanding.

Before she could protest, his lips descended upon hers. The kiss was firm, yet unhurried, filled with a tenderness that belied the intensity of his feelings. For Oshtur, it was overwhelming—a cascade of sensations she hadn't anticipated. Her hands hovered uncertainly before resting lightly on his chest as if seeking support.

Ender deepened the kiss, his experience evident in the way he coaxed her into responding. His other hand found her waist, pulling her closer. Her hesitance began to fade, replaced by a tentative eagerness. She followed his lead, her lips moving shyly against his.

And then, instinct took over.

Ender's wings, dark and majestic, unfurled behind him and wrapped around her in a protective cocoon. The action wasn't deliberate, it was an expression of his possessiveness, his need to keep her close. Oshtur gasped softly into the kiss as the soft feathers brushed against her, enclosing her in warmth and safety.

Ender pulled back slightly, his forehead resting against hers. His eyes were softer now, yet still intense. "I didn't mean to…," he began, glancing at his wings as they tightened protectively around her.

Oshtur's hand reached up to touch his cheek, her silver eyes shimmering with a mixture of emotions. "It's… comforting," she admitted quietly, her voice trembling but sincere. "I've never felt anything like this before." She leaned into him, her head resting against his chest. For the first time in centuries, Oshtur allowed herself to be vulnerable, knowing she was in the arms of someone who would never let her fall.

~~~~~
Well, a romantic chapter.
Ender's personality might be a little different, but he is discovering his personality, and nature are more possessive. Is he a Yandere? I will not say that or would I?
But whatever hope, it was good, and while the relationship between Phoenix Force and Ender might be an agreement to babysit Firehair together, Ender wants more than that. He wants Phoenix Force to be his.
And a Reader pointed out about why I emphasize MC's darkness aura, (wings) and such which has no relation to him or is less in him or is not innate or he doesn't use it like Mc is is God of Creation or a holy God than why will he have darkness aura and such.
The darkness surrounding the MC isn't synonymous with malice or evil. Instead, it represents a natural state, much like shadows cast by the sun. Despite being a God of Creation or a holy figure, Herobrine is typically depicted with a dark aura due to his mysterious and fearsome presence in Minecraft lore. This darkness is an intrinsic part of his character, symbolizing power, mystery, and balance — not malevolence.
Think of it as similar to how Yahweh, the God in various religious texts, embodies both justice and wrath, yet remains a holy figure. Likewise, in Marvel, The One Above All (TOAA) has a darker aspect in The One Below All (TOBA), who serves as the source of destructive forces. Darkness doesn't inherently equate to evil; it represents the duality of existence. Similarly, Herobrine's dark aura reflects his depth and complexity, making him a force of creation and balance, not pure light or pure darkness.
And the next chapter might be r-18 (lol) which might take time.
I will have to write another set of chapters.
And Guys, we are not even in the top 200. Come on, shower this fanfic with your powerstones!
Otherwise, I will drop it.
