Chapter 7: Chapter 06
--
A very little chapter and I am sorry, still ill so I wrote it on my bed on my phone which is... absolutely horrible, I honestly should have waited for me to get better but well...
And another thing everyone, I will be rewritting one thing in particular, I don't want to have another six guild for the alliance anymore, it's too much for me to write, I don't know how to write this much character interactions in a single novel.
And truly I considered the rewrite of this fic due to already having too much characters, Just the introductions of each team took me a full chapter, well, it'll never happen, the more I write about this arc, the more I think it's going to be a short novel, I think it'll never go past the thirty chapters overall. It was never going to be a long fic anyway, there is no character development, no mission, just a man having fun which was why I made it.
My next Fairy Tail fic will be far more structured and with far less characters :)
Well, that'll be all for me, I'll wait for you at the next chapter, peace and don't fall ill like me.

[Gremmy: Start of the tournaments]
"Everyone, it's time for the Sindria Games!" Sinbad's voice boomed across the arena, met by thunderous cheers from the thousands of Sindria's residents. Their acclamations filled the air as they celebrated their king. "If you didn't recognize me through the Lacrima, I am Sinbad, King of Sindria! And I'll be your host today—alongside Gremmy!"
"Hello, everyone," Gremmy greeted, his tone far less fiery and more reserved than Sinbad's. "Today marks the fourth Sindria Games since the creation of our guild. Last time, the Wandenreich secured victory with their Schutzstaffel team. Will they bring the same lineup this time?"
"Very possible, Gremmy," Sinbad replied, flashing his signature grin. "But don't forget, my generals are no pushovers—unlike Kou and their weak heirs."
As if on cue, a flying slash tore through the air, narrowly missing Sinbad and cutting through the wall behind him. The Lacrima feed immediately shifted to show a furious Kouha struggling against the grip of his older brother, who was restraining him down in the waiting area of the arena.
"What a barbarian," Sinbad exclaimed, gesturing dramatically as the wall behind him magically reconstructed itself. He brushed off the near attack with practiced ease. "As I was saying, this time Sindria will claim the top spot as the strongest guild in the alliance!"
"Fat chance," Gremmy shot back, a small smirk playing on his lips. Sinbad glanced at him with a wry smile, clearly amused by the jab.
"The Quincy are on another level compared to most teams, but enough talk," Gremmy continued, his eyes lighting up as the Lacrima focused on the arena floor. "It looks like all the teams are entering the arena!"
The crowd's cheers grew even louder as the competing teams began to file in, each one radiating an aura of power and confidence. The stage was set, and the games were about to begin.

[Uryu Ishida]
The so-called "Last Quincy" couldn't help but chuckle as he stood in the grandiose arena, its scale and splendor worthy of the Sindria Games. Yet, it wasn't the arena itself that amused him—it was the irony of his current situation. He hadn't participated in the previous games, as his Majesty had preferred to field the Superstar instead of him. So why, this time, had the team's successful composition been changed? What made his Majesty decide to include him now?
"So, for anyone unfamiliar with the rules of the games," Gremmy's voice rang out, light and confident as he addressed the roaring crowd, "we have six teams, each made up of five members. They'll compete across various challenges, and the team with the most points at the end will earn the title of the strongest. Pretty simple, right?" He grinned, his enthusiasm infectious.
"But," Gremmy continued, his tone growing slightly more serious, "life as a mage is full of obstacles and dangers. Let it be known to everyone watching from home—death is a possibility in these games. The organizers take no responsibility for any fatalities. The blame rests solely on the participants themselves, not on us!"
The crowd murmured at the reminder of the games' harsh nature, but Uryu didn't flinch. He adjusted his glasses, his mind sharp and analytical as he observed the arena and his competition. Death was no deterrent for someone like him. If anything, it only made him more focused. This was not just a game—it was a battlefield. And he was ready.
All for the fun of a man.

[Fairy Tail]
"So, this is the Sindria Games?" Makarov muttered, taking a swig from his mug as he watched the screen intently. Fairy Tail's missing members had returned, and the guild had finally reclaimed its place after their seven-year disappearance. But it hadn't been an easy road. The guild had suffered deeply during their absence, and even with Darius Leoxses's help, the weight of their loss still lingered heavily on everyone.
Despite the hardships, Makarov couldn't help but feel immense pride for his children. Thanks to Darius's guidance, they had endured their trials and rebuilt themselves stronger than ever. His chest swelled with pride, though there was a hint of frustration beneath it.
He would've been far happier if the man everyone described as a pillar of their recovery hadn't bolted the day before their return—heading back to Sindria to participate in some magic tournament.
"That's Daros?" Natsu asked, squinting at the red-haired man on the screen. "Not that impressive."
"That's Darius, you flamebrain!" Laki snapped, smacking him hard on the back of the head.
"Hey! What was that for?" Natsu grumbled, rubbing the sore spot as Lucy stifled a laugh beside him.
Makarov sighed, shaking his head at the familiar antics of his guild. Despite everything they'd been through, some things never changed. And maybe that was exactly what made Fairy Tail so resilient.

[Alvarez Empire]
"An interesting game," August mused as he observed the image projected before him. Even from such a great distance, his sharp senses could discern the power of some participants. Sinbad, in particular, caught his attention. Though he didn't appear overly strong, August knew all too well that appearances could be deceiving.
"What a pathetic display," Larcade scoffed, a mocking chuckle escaping as he crossed his arms.
"Nobody asked you," Brandish shot back, her gaze sharp and full of disdain as she glanced at Larcade.
"Randy," Dimaria teased with a sly smile, clearly enjoying the tension as Brandish's expression darkened further.
"Enough," August's voice cut through their bickering like a blade, calm but commanding. The room stilled instantly as all attention shifted to him. "Not in the presence of His Majesty," he added, his tone laced with subtle warning.
Zeref stood before the screen, his gaze fixed intently on the unfolding games. A faint, almost curious smile played on his lips.
"Look closely, my Spriggan," he said, his voice calm yet laced with a subtle edge. "These people... they might prove to be our greatest hindrance in achieving our objectives."

[Sindria Games]
"First up, the teams! Let's start with last year's lowest-ranked team, the Kou!" Gremmy announced, his voice filled with energy despite the crowd's mixed reactions.
Even for the lowest-ranked team, cheers erupted as the five heirs of Kou entered the arena. "Perhaps this year they'll dethrone the Generals," Gremmy added as the five Metal Vessel users stepped into view: Koumei, Kouha, Kougyoku, Hakuei, and Hakuryuu Ren, all heirs to the Kou Empire's throne.
"And now, let's hear it for the great leaders of the allied nations representing Sindria!" Sinbad announced with enthusiasm as the five stepped into the arena.
The crowd roared as the Sindria team entered the arena, commanding attention with their presence. Leading the group was Takeruhiko Yamato from the Kina Kingdom, calm and confident, followed by Armakan Amun-Ra from the Heliohapt Kingdom, Mira Dianus Artemina from Artemyra, Rametoto from the Imuchakk, and Darius Leoxses from the Sasan Kingdom. Each of them was dressed in striking attire that reflected their nations' pride.
"Darius is back, and Yamato's joining us for this edition!" Sinbad announced, his voice booming across the arena as the crowd responded with cheers and applause.
"And now, from the Clover Kingdom, we have a team that's bound to make waves in this year's competition—the Squad Captains!" Gremmy's excitement carried through the air as the crowd cheered even louder.
Stepping into the arena first was William Vangeance, Captain of the Golden Dawn. Next was Yami Sukehiro, Captain of the Black Bulls. Then came Nozel Silva of the Silver Eagles, followed by Fuegoleon Vermillion of the Crimson Lion. Finally, Charlotte Roselei of the Blue Rose entered. The five captains stood together, ready to represent the strength of the Clover Kingdom.
"And now, let's welcome the team representing Hueco Mundo—the strongest Arrancar to step out of Las Noches!" Gremmy's voice echoed across the arena, hyping up the crowd. The spectators cheered wildly, curious to see who would represent the infamous Espada.
Stepping forward first was Coyote Starrk, calm and seemingly indifferent as he entered the arena. Next came Baraggan Louisenbairn, his presence as intimidating as his reputation. Following him was Tier Harribel, composed and focused as always. Then Nnoitra Gilga entered, carrying his usual smugness. Finally, Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez strode in with a grin, his wild energy setting the crowd ablaze with excitement.
"Up next, from the Soul Society, we have the legendary Gotei 13 captains! The strength of the Seireitei is here, ready to prove themselves!" Gremmy announced as the crowd roared in anticipation.
First came Captain Shunsui Kyoraku of Squad 8, tipping his hat to the crowd as he walked in. Following him was Byakuya Kuchiki of Squad 6, his calm demeanor and noble air earning cheers. Next was Sajin Komamura of Squad 7, towering and imposing as always. Then Retsu Unohana of Squad 4 stepped in, her serene expression creating a lot of fans in the crowd. Lastly, Kenpachi Zaraki of Squad 11 entered with his usual wild grin, making the crowd go wild with excitement.
"And now, straight from the Wandenreich, we have the reigning champions of the last Sindria Games—the Quincy Schutzstaffel!" Gremmy announced, his voice echoing across the arena. The crowd erupted with cheers and murmurs, excitement buzzing in the air.
Leading the team was Jugram Haschwalth, walking in with an unshakable confidence, his sharp eyes scanning the arena. Next was Lille Barro, calm and composed, exuding a quiet intensity. Uryu Ishida followed, his calculated steps and sharp focus drawing attention from the crowd. Gerard Valkyrie came in next, towering over the rest with his sheer size and strength, impossible to miss. Finally, Pernida Parnkgjas entered, their unsettling presence making the audience shift uncomfortably.
The Schutzstaffel carried themselves with the pride of champions, fully aware they were the team to beat.
"And now, everyone, it's time for the first trial of the games!" Sinbad's voice echoed across the arena, drawing cheers from the eager crowd. A large screen lit up, displaying text and a detailed map of an artificial island.
"Each team will select one member to compete in the Great Course—a challenge to find the hidden exit on the island," Sinbad explained, his excitement contagious.
"This trial isn't just about speed," Gremmy chimed in with a mischievous grin. "It's about strategy, cleverness, and maybe even a little trickery. The exit is hidden, and you'll face obstacles and dangerous mages determined to stop you. Let's see who's smart enough—and bold enough—to find it first!"
The crowd roared in anticipation, eager to see how the competitors would tackle this challenge.
