Lilia replied, "Unfortunately, I don't know. Since it's freeze-dried, it's colder than any normal ice. If we think naturally, then at least 5 years."

Leo said, "We don't have that kind of time. Let me go down there and melt it myself. The radius is just around 100 meters, so I can handle it."

This spell allowed them to increase the temperature of the winds far beyond any part of any strong magic region.

Anew said, "Enchantment Magic: Helping Hand!"

Astrea added, "Spin Magic: Zephyr Zzing!"

All four of them then said, "Compound Spell: Breeze of Purgatory!"

Slowly yet surely, the ice in their way started to melt. Within 20 hours, they managed to cross the frozen river. After using the spell for so long, everyone had nearly run out of magic.

Faiz said, "This is great—we're out! Yet the problem is, we barely have any magic left. If someone attacks us now, only Lilia can fight, and Riruru can serve as the doctor."

Lilia said, "Let's get you kids to bed."

Anew said, "Sure, ma'am."

Astrea added, "Thanks, ma'am."

Riruru said, "Good to see at least they're getting close to enough rest."

Faiz said, "Yeah, good to see them getting what I didn't have."

Leo replied, "Yeah, they should rest for now."

Meanwhile, in the CoreFury HQ, Licht said, "Roy, isn't it about time for the ship to enter through our territory? Have you notified all the checkpoints to make sure they don't have any problems?"

Roy said, "Yes, sir. Every top-level personnel in the checkpoints has been informed, and no problems should arise."

Riruru said, "Well, guess it's about time to feed the prisoner again."
