Chapter 1: Genesis of Chaos
Chapter 1: Genesis of Chaos
The first alien arrived in the year 2050. At first, it was a quiet, almost uneventful moment—just a shimmering light in the sky followed by faint reports of an object entering Earth's atmosphere. It wasn't long before humanity realized the truth. The object wasn't a meteor; it was a vessel.
The visitors were humanoid in shape but far from human. Their towering frames were covered in iridescent scales, and their glowing yellow eyes burned with an unnatural hunger. They called themselves Vaekrans, and their message was simple:
"We come to feast."
They weren't here for diplomacy. The Vaekrans consumed not just resources but living flesh—humans, animals, and anything organic that crossed their path. Within weeks of their arrival, the first global massacre began. Cities burned as the
Vaekrans rampaged through streets, feeding on anyone who dared to resist. Blood stained the skyscrapers, and screams became the anthem of the Earth.
Humanity fought back, but their conventional weapons barely made a dent in the Vaekran forces. Governments toppled, armies crumbled, and chaos reigned. When hope was at its thinnest, humanity turned to its brightest minds.
Among these visionaries was Bhavesh Kaul, a maverick scientist based in a covert lab beneath the ruins of New Delhi. Bhavesh had a theory—humans, like the aliens, might harbor dormant genetic potential. Through biological experimentation, he sought to awaken hidden strengths in a small pool of volunteers. The process was grueling and left many broken, their bodies unable to handle the transformation.
Out of the thousands who underwent the trials, only ten emerged stronger. These ten individuals became known as the Primes—humans with extraordinary abilities born from the very essence of their DNA. They could heal faster, fight harder, and wield powers that turned them into living weapons.
These Primes became the foundation of the Protectors, a united global force sworn to defend Earth. But even with their enhanced abilities, the Protectors faced overwhelming odds. Alien invasions continued, and the streets of major cities bore the scars of battles.
Entire neighborhoods were reduced to ash, and the air carried the stench of death. The Protectors fought valiantly, but for every alien they slew, more seemed to rise from the depths of space. Humanity endured, but at a terrible cost.
The Calm Before the Storm
By 2093, the world had stabilized—barely. Cities like Dome City Delta became bastions of hope, fortified with high-tech defense systems and swarming with Protectors. But even as humanity tried to rebuild, the scars of the alien invasions remained fresh.
Far from the chaos of Dome City Delta, in the heart of Uttar Pradesh, India, a young boy named RagRocK lived a simple but joyful life. His family wasn't rich, but they had enough to get by. Their small home, nestled in a quiet village, overlooked a dense forest and was surrounded by farmlands.
RagRocK's father, Anand, was a teacher who instilled in his children the value of knowledge and resilience. His mother, Meera, was the backbone of the family, her warmth and strength holding them together. His elder brother, Aryan, was the protector of the household—strong, kind, and always putting others before himself.
His younger sister, Anya, was a ball of energy, her laughter filling the home with life.
Life in their corner of the world felt untouched by the horrors of alien invasions. The family worked hard during the day, shared meals in the evening, and told stories under the stars. RagRocK couldn't imagine life being any different.
The Night Everything Changed
It began with an unnatural hum. RagRocK was the first to hear it, a low vibration that rattled the windows of their home. He stepped out onto the porch, peering into the dark sky. A faint glow pulsed on the horizon, growing brighter with each passing second.
"Rag, come inside," Aryan called, stepping out behind him. "It's probably just a storm."
But it wasn't a storm.
A blinding flash lit up the night, and moments later, a thunderous crash echoed through the village. The ground shook violently as alien pods slammed into the earth, splitting open to release monstrous creatures.
The Vaekrans had arrived.
RagRocK's family scrambled into action. Anand and Meera ushered the children into the basement, their faces pale with fear. "Stay quiet," Anand whispered. "No matter what happens, don't make a sound."
The basement was dark and cramped, but it felt safe—for a moment. RagRocK could hear the distant sounds of chaos above: the guttural roars of the Vaekrans, the crackling of fires, and the terrified screams of their neighbors.
Suddenly, there was a loud crash above them. The ceiling shuddered, and dust rained down. The creatures had found their house.
Aryan gripped RagRocK's arm, his voice firm but calm. "We'll protect them," he said, his eyes meeting his brother's. "No matter what."
The basement door burst open, and a Vaekran clawed its way inside. The creature was massive, its scaled body glistening in the dim light. Its glowing yellow eyes locked onto the family, and it let out a bone-chilling growl.
RagRocK and Aryan sprang into action. With nothing but an iron rod and their bare hands, they fought to hold the creature back. Their strikes barely fazed the monster, but they managed to push it away from their family.
Anya clung to Meera, sobbing, while Anand tried to shield them with his own body. RagRocK's heart raced as he exchanged blows with the creature, its claws narrowly missing his face.
Then Aryan made a decision.
"If we all want to survive," he said, his voice shaking but resolute, "one of us has to distract them."
"No," RagRocK protested, his grip tightening on the iron rod. "We'll find another way."
"There's no time, Rag," Aryan said, his expression softening. "You have to protect them now."
Before anyone could stop him, Aryan lunged at the Vaekran, drawing its attention. "Come on, you ugly bastard!" he shouted, leading the creature away from the basement.
RagRocK tried to follow, but Anand held him back. "He knows what he's doing," Anand whispered, his voice breaking. "Stay with us."
Through the narrow crack in the basement door, RagRocK watched in horror as Aryan was surrounded by the Vaekrans. He fought valiantly, landing blow after blow, but the creatures were too many.
The last thing RagRocK saw was Aryan being dragged to the ground, his legs ripped apart by the creatures' claws. Aryan's screams echoed through the night, followed by the sickening sound of bones snapping.
His final words, shouted over the chaos, were meant for his family.
"Live!"
