Chapter 7: chapter 7
Meanwhile, Dazai had been searching clues about Kitty's disappearance. One thing had been quite clear from his genius mind was that Kitty had not gone quite far from the headquarters. Because, though he had taunted about the security system being unreliable, he knew that there were still many clues left by the simple brainy, Miss Saito.
He had also known that she was quite lucky to find a secret passage and her skinny frame was able to fit into such concise space.
And there he was contemplating about her being an ability user which might had been possible.
Kitty wasn't just a rare beauty, one in a billion; she also possessed sly, cat-like skills. He wondered if she might have been quite an asset to the Port Mafia with her remarkable abilities.
He climbed up the chimney cap and found himself cramped in the space as it was quite small.
"Kitty doesn't look so skinny how could she manage to crawl up here?," he thought to himself, "it takes skills."
But he had known where the passage led and all the dead ends. He followed the passage and found himself on the backyard. He checked if there were any security camera that had suspicious record or any trace of her presence. To his utter surprise, there were none.
"Damn it.," he muttered under his breath.
He looked at the surroundings and approached to the gatekeeper in the port mafia headquarters, "So has any suspicious person got out like a girl?," he asked.
"No, sir... none.," was his answer.
He knew she had left clues for him to solve and he really wanted to find her. His dark desires clawed their way to the surface, he knew what he had done to kitty once he had found her.
He checked the security camera twice, he knew the cat had left some important clues. He only needed to find them.
"Got it.," Dazai shouted as he checked the camera. He saw a sudden appearance of a man around 170 cm and kitty was around that height. For records, nobody really walked on that path, it was always empty for most of the times.
He speculated as of how did she managed to get that men's clothes, "Such a sly cat."
The oversized shirt slipped off one shoulder, revealing a hint of collarbone. Dazai's gaze lingered, his thoughts unspoken but evident in the way his lips curved into a faint, almost imperceptible smile.
He knew where she had been taking a refuge. She was far too predictable, it didn't took him an hour to solve her mystery. He took off his bandage and draped a new one, he knew that she could not tolerate such rotten smell.
Garage. It was garage.
He rolled up the shutters of garage and knew where she had hidden. He walked closely and found her sleeping on a large carton box. There he had found her sleeping like an abandoned cat who was ready to be adopted.
The garage was dimly lit, with sunlight seeping through cracks in the shutters. Among the scattered tools and dusty shelves, she lay curled on a large carton box, her frame almost cat-like in its grace. For a moment, Dazai simply watched, his thoughts racing.
Kitty looked adorable with her oversized man's clothes and two of her shirt were unbuttoned. His glance lingered at them and he poked at the chest.
"It was soft.," he thought.
Dazai gazed at her, she looked like a human cat. He poked her nose and her face was frowned in unconscious form. He traced her lips, they were natural pink and even had a cupids bow.
"You sly cat.. troublemaker.," he said.
Dazai had many malicious intent for kitty but seeing her sleep like a baby, he just sat there and looked at her, observing her. He even stroked her hair gently.
Kitty opened her eyes, her head's been drowsier and her breath - stale. The dark desires he had in stock for kitty melted away. He was known for his womanizer reputation but the sight of kitty gazing at him made him blush.
"Took a nap, sleepy head?," Dazai pouted, looking away from her with red cheeks.
Kitty was startled a bit by his sudden appearance.
"You found me?," she asked.
"Yes.," he replied.
His eyes fixated at her cupping her face. The sunlight crept out giving her dewy presence. The pink eyes lit brightly as if burning the passion within him. He thought that how would any man even as creepier as Mori could do anything worse to innocent thing like her.
He leaned in closer, kitty jolted slightly. She was embarrassed for a moment. She found Dazai to be charming and his smell was quite tolerable.
"You smell tolerable.," she said.
"Really?," he said, "Got a bandage getup for you."
His eyes wandered around kitty's body, her bosom that were hard. Her breast were perky and hard he'd notice it.
"Didn't wear a bra?," he asked.
"Ummm... why does it matter?," she replied.
Dazai pressed the carton box too tightly that it'd tore apart from the sides. His body slammed against kitty as they both fell mistakenly on the floor.
"What are you doing?," kitty asked.
"Shh shh.," Dazai replied. His tone was husky as he wrapped his arms around kitty tightly, his breathes quickened and huffed as he embraced.
"You're quite the troublemaker," he murmured, voice low and teasing, though his gaze betrayed something deeper.
Kitty felt his stiff groin between her legs and how he sunk his head to her neck and how his lips touched her neck.
"What are -,"
Dazai placed the fingers between the lips and whispered in heat, "Careful," he warned, his gaze dark and unreadable, "you wouldn't want to wake the beast."
