He couldn't do anything about this; such were the ways of this world. Many people tried to meet her just to get a glimpse of her, which was quite annoying and required these security measures.

Lucas handed over the invitation letter. The lady examined it carefully before nodding and gesturing for him to follow her. He was led through the grand hallway, the echoes of their footsteps resonating off the marble.
