I didn't realise there were so many hiccups with the google docs. I made a new account of Subscribe Star where I can post the PDF as soon as they are done with the review of the account. No paywall or asking for permissions, simply go and read PRIVATELY. 

Again, sorry about making so many mistakes with the recent changes. Hopefully after this it will be smooth sailing.
