Devil Slave (Satan system)

Chapter 980: Slave Vs Devil Boss

The Boss Devil waved his hands, creating complex hand seals that summoned a black sphere, expanding into a sinister domain that engulfed him and the Slave Demon commander under Lenny’s control. Outside the domain, Lenny sat cross-legged, his eyes closed but his senses heightened. Activating his inner sight, he could now perceive everything through the eyes of his Slave Demon commander within the Domain.

This domain was an alternate world, a grotesque reflection of reality. The sky glowed an eerie brightness, devoid of a sun. The ground was a terrible, broken landscape, dominated by countless corpses and skeletons of various creatures, all impaled on long, sharpened crystals. These crystals permeated every aspect of the domain, growing like malignant tumors from the earth. It was a harrowing sight.

Through the Slave Demon’s eyes, Lenny saw the Boss Devil standing ahead, a towering figure of malevolence.

The moment the Boss Devil appeared, he grinned, "I’ll make this quick. so be a good meal, and let me enjoy eating you."

He waved his hands, and long, bloody crystals erupted from his body, shooting out like bullets from a machine gun. The deadly projectiles whizzed towards the Slave Demon with relentless precision.

The Slave Demon sprang into action, performing acrobatic somersaults and swift maneuvers to dodge the deadly crystals. He sought refuge behind the towering crystals jutting from the ground, but to no avail.

The Boss Devil’s attacks seemed almost sentient, curving around obstacles and pursuing the Slave Demon with unyielding precision. Each movement was futile, as the crystalline projectiles followed him like vengeful spirits.

Knowing he couldn’t evade forever, the Slave Demon halted and raised his hands, summoning a pillar of cosmic energy. Red, fiery light surged around him, ready to be unleashed in a devastating counterattack. But before he could strike, the Boss Devil’s dry chuckle echoed through the domain. "Got you," he muttered, his voice dripping with sadistic glee.

In an instant, the ground beneath the Slave Demon commander erupted.

Crystals shot up with terrifying speed, impaling his body and lifting him into the air. The sharp, bloody crystals pierced through flesh and bone, eliciting a blood-curdling scream from the Slave Demon.

His agony was deep, and his form writhing as blood poured from the wounds.

Yet, the Slave Demon was not easily subdued. With a defiant roar, he waved his hands, shattering the crystals that imprisoned him. His body, though battered and bleeding, was still capable of fierce resistance. Blood dripped from his wounds, pooling on the crystalline ground below.

Meanwhile, outside the domain, Lenny observed every gruesome detail through his inner sight. This was a test plan for him. Entering into the Arcane Domain of these Boss Devils was not an experience he wanted to undergo again.

Besides, he also needed to confirm the knowledge he had acquired from the Devil Core he had swallowed. and it was true.

Inside the domain, the Boss Devil sneered, his eyes gleaming with malice. "You think you can defy me?" he taunted, his hands weaving more complex seals. The crystals responded, growing even more menacing, their edges sharper and dripping with a viscous, black substance.

The Slave Demon, his breath ragged and labored, stood his ground. His own hands glowed with cosmic energy, and with a fierce determination, he launched a barrage of fiery attacks towards the Boss Devil. The flames crackled and roared, consuming everything in their path as they raced towards their target.

But once as he attacked, the same thing that had happened before happened again.

Bloody crystals suddenly shot through the ground and into his body.

Lenny smiled, "so its true. No attacks in this world work unless there are blood crystals. And these blood crystals..." he looked around, can not be produced by no one else but that Devil Bastard!"

This was the rule of the Devil Boss’s Arcane domain. The only effective attacks were those involving the blood crystals. Realizing this, Lenny resolved to fight fire with fire, or rather, crystal with crystal. He instructed the Slave Demon commander to break off a piece of the bloody crystal jutting from the ground.

With the jagged, blood-drenched crystal in hand, the Slave Demon moved with blinding speed, rushing toward the Boss Devil. The Slave Demon aimed a powerful strike at the towering adversary.

The crystal met its mark, but instead of penetrating, it glanced off the Boss Devil’s crystalline skin, leaving only a shallow scratch. The Boss Devil’s laughter echoed through the domain, a chilling, mocking sound.

"Is that the best you can do?" the Devil Boss sneered, waving his hand to summon another volley of crystalline projectiles. They burst forth from his body, a hailstorm of deadly shards aimed at the Slave Demon.

The Slave Demon dodged and weaved, but the relentless barrage found its mark time and again. Blood spattered the crystalline ground as the Slave Demon was repeatedly struck, deep wounds opening across his body.

Of course, the demon Slave Felt pain, but not Lenny. And that was another good use of this puppet. Lenny, being as good with his toys as he was, was going to utilize all the potential that it had.

He controlled the Slave Demon commander and it raised its hand in the air.

*Arcane Pillar.*

This was the Bloodline technique of the Asmodeus royal bloodline. He was going to use it here.

However the most unexpected thing happened.

The Arcane pillars appeared, and then disappeared, and then this world, like a television alternating between a bit of static and clarity seemed to shake.

The Devil Boss saw this, and waved his hands, and then the Arcane pillars that were about to fully appear suddenly disappeared.

This made Lenny massage his brows a bit, as an even more brilliant idea formed in his head. "Did the Arcane laws just crash with one another?" He thought to himself.

The Arcane pillar that the Slave demon commander used was very different from the Semi-Arcane Plane.

One of them was a bloodline attack, void of comprehension, and the second one was of self comprehension, but the laws were incomplete as a result of the rank, Level and mental limitations of the Devil Boss...
