Cursed throne: Revival of the sovereign

Chapter : For clarification of power system

{This is not a mandatory read. You can still decide to skip and be unaffected. It was designed due to the misconceptions from my previous work. It is a detailed clarification of the power system in the world without revealing plot.}

General Power System for the World and its Residents:

1. Magic Types & Domains:

In this world, magic is deeply tied to elements, forces, and concepts. Unlike the protagonist, who draws power from his authority and the Throne of Shadows, the rest of the world's inhabitants rely on different magical domains based on natural, spiritual, or conceptual forces.

Here are some key categories:

---

Elemental Magic (Basic Elements):

Fire, Water, Earth, Air: The classic elements are manipulated by practitioners known as Elementalists. These people have natural affinity to a specific element and can use it for combat, healing, and other purposes. For example:

Fire Elementalists: Can summon and control flames, use them for destructive purposes, or create barriers of heat.

Water Elementalists: Control the flow of water, manipulate ice, and even control the weather in some extreme cases.

Earth Elementalists: Masters of the earth, using their powers to create earthquakes, move mountains, or manipulate stone.

Air Elementalists: Control wind, manipulate air currents, and even fly or create destructive storms.

Advanced Elemental Magic:

Some mages can combine elements to create advanced spells or new elements. For example:

Lightning (a combination of Fire and Air).

Mud (a combination of Earth and Water).

Ice (a combination of Water and Air).

---

Nature Magic (Connection to the Natural World):

Druids and Shamans draw their power from nature itself. These practitioners are attuned to the land, forests, and animals. They have powers tied to healing, plant manipulation, and communication with nature.

Plant Manipulation: Druids can cause plants to grow rapidly, manipulate vines and trees for offense or defense, and create areas of fertile land.

Animal Command: Shamans can communicate with and control animals, summoning them or even merging with them for specific abilities (e.g., taking on a wolf's strength).

---

Spiritual Magic (Souls and Spirits):

Spirit Mages focus on the manipulation of souls and spirits. This is a dangerous form of magic because it can deal with both the dead and the living. It is often associated with dark magic or necromancy, though it can also be used for divination or blessing.

Necromancy: Raising the dead to serve as minions or using their souls for power. This is often frowned upon and can lead to corruption.

Divination: The ability to communicate with spirits or read the future, often using rituals or sacred items.

Soul Manipulation: Some rare individuals can tap into the essence of others' souls, either enhancing their own power or draining others.

---

Psychic Magic (Mental Powers):

Psychics focus on controlling the mind and mental faculties. These individuals are rare, as their power comes from mental prowess rather than physical or magical abilities.

Telekinesis: Moving objects with the mind or manipulating them for combat.

Mind Control: The ability to influence the thoughts and actions of others, bending them to the practitioner's will.

Illusions: Creating visual, auditory, or sensory illusions to deceive enemies or manipulate situations.

---

Runic Magic (Symbols and Scripts):

Runic Magicians specialize in the creation of runes that hold specific magical properties. These can be drawn on objects, weapons, or even people to imbue them with power. The use of runes is precise and can be an art form, requiring great knowledge.

Enhancement Runes: Used to strengthen weapons, armor, or even the body.

Sealing Runes: Imprison magical creatures, seal away powers, or lock individuals into contracts.

Binding Runes: Bind elements, spirits, or objects together, controlling their properties and enhancing a user's capabilities.

---

Combat Magic (Martial Magic):

This type of magic combines physical combat with magical abilities. Many fighters and soldiers are Battle Mages who use both weapons and magic in unison.

Elemental Strikes: Channeling elemental magic through weapons, such as creating flaming swords or summoning lightning bolts with a strike.

Mana Infusion: Infusing the body with magical energy, enhancing strength, speed, and durability during battle.

Weapon Transformation: Some mages can turn their weapons into magical artifacts, changing them into different forms for strategic use in combat.

---

2. Power Growth & Ranking System:

Most people in the world will have to progress through ranks to reach higher levels of magical mastery. The system for growth and ranking can vary depending on the type of magic they follow, but here's a generalized system:

Apprentice/Novice: Beginners with a basic understanding of magic. They are learning to control their powers but lack proper mastery.

Adepts: Practitioners who have gained more control and can use their abilities in various practical situations.

Masters: Highly skilled individuals who have mastered their respective magic. They can perform feats that are considered miraculous or near-impossible.

Archmages/Grandmasters: The elite of magic users. These individuals can manipulate entire elements, conjure powerful creatures, or alter reality itself.

Immortals/Demi-gods: A very rare class of beings that have transcended mortal boundaries. They may draw from divine or cosmic energy and have the ability to alter the fate of entire regions.
