Cursed Destiny: The last of humanity

Upon returning to their house, Amon and Star recounted their recent experiences to Voithon. Voithon informed them of their new total of 57 points, and Amon, now curious about what he could acquire, asked for the shop to be opened once again. He carefully examined all the available items and then turned his attention to Star with a peculiar idea. 

Amon asked Star if he could swallow weapons and shoot them out, leaving Star quite weirded out and expressing his refusal, claiming he wouldn't be forced to spit out weapons like an animal. However, Amon persisted, grabbing the Suraimu crossbow and repeating his question. Star, sweating nervously, reluctantly admitted that it could theoretically work. Amon's intense smile suggested his intention. He swiftly made a purchase, buying five daggers, and there were 37 points left. 

Amon placed the daggers on the floor and instructed Star to "eat up," a request that made Star look disgusted and apprehensive. Nevertheless, Amon insisted, and they both left the house, Amon grinning and Star looking as though he might vomit.

Amon, considering his past encounters, suggested the idea of summoning the Skeleton King to Star. Star questioned the benefits of doing so, to which Amon replied that more allies would be advantageous. He then inquired about the Skeleton King's knowledge, and Star explained that he didn't know much about him, except that he was considered quite a righteous old weirdo. 

Happily, they returned to the previous spawn point of the Skeletons, where a group of seven skeletons awaited them. Amon asked if that was all, and Star, after scouting the surrounding areas with a large bounce, reported two other areas, one with five skeletons and another with six. 

They began their attack on the first group of skeletons. Amon, having learned more about their structure, found it easier to destroy them with his brute strength. He singlehandedly defeated the group of seven, leaving Star with a hint of pride in his voice as he arrogantly commented on how easy it was. Amon, unimpressed, sighed as they moved on to the next area. Once again, Amon defeated the group on his own.

After some time, they reached the last group of skeletons, and Amon asked Star if this was it. Star confirmed, and Amon engaged the last skeleton. However, this time, something unexpected happened. As Amon attacked, a beam of light erupted, and a skeleton with a finely kept katana and armor materialised. 

Amon and Star stepped back, and Star greeted the newcomer, "Skeleton King, how have you been?" There was no response. Amon chimed in, "Hello, we just want to speak." Still, there was no reply. The Skeleton King slowly approached Amon, and upon reaching him, Amon and Star grew increasingly uneasy. Suddenly, the Skeleton King drew its katana and swung it at Amon. With a narrow dodge, Amon narrowly avoided the attack. The Skeleton King then redirected its attention toward Star, slashing at him. Star, aided by his Evade ability, managed to dodge most of the strikes, but things weren't going as planned. 

Amon pushed the Skeleton King away and instructed Star, "Step back. I don't know what's going on with it." Was this encounter a mistake?
