Babayaga: Torreto and Wick

Chapter 5: Chapter 4: The Silent Alliance

The docks were a labyrinth of shadows and secrets, each corner whispering tales of clandestine dealings and hidden dangers. John Wick and Dominic Toretto moved with purpose, their footsteps muffled by the creaking wooden planks beneath them.

"Athena," John spoke into his earpiece, his voice steady.

"I'm here," came the calm response.

"Any updates on the convoy?"

"The convoy is scheduled to depart from the east side of the docks in approximately thirty minutes," Athena replied.

"Understood," John acknowledged.

He turned to Dom, who was scanning the area with a vigilant gaze.

"We need to intercept that convoy before it leaves," John said.

Dom nodded, his expression resolute.

"Lead the way," he said.

They navigated through the maze of containers and warehouses, their movements synchronized. As they approached the east side, the sound of engines revving reached their ears.

"They're moving," John observed.

"Let's make sure they don't get far," Dom replied, a hint of a grin playing at the corners of his mouth.

They emerged from the shadows just as the convoy began to roll out. John and Dom positioned themselves strategically, ready to strike.

The convoy's lead vehicle, a heavily armored truck, was flanked by two SUVs. John signaled to Dom, who revved the engine of his muscle car, the roar echoing through the docks.

With a screech of tires, Dom's car shot forward, cutting off the lead truck. John followed suit, his own vehicle sliding into position behind the SUVs.

The convoy screeched to a halt, the drivers startled by the sudden blockade.

John and Dom exited their vehicles, weapons drawn.

"Out of the vehicles," John commanded, his voice cold and authoritative.

The convoy members hesitated, then complied, stepping out with their hands raised.

John approached the lead truck, his eyes narrowing as he examined the cargo.

"Weapons," he muttered, recognizing the crates marked with international insignias.

Dom joined him, his brow furrowed.

"This is bigger than we thought," he said.

John nodded, his mind racing.

"We need to find out who's behind this," he said.

Suddenly, a voice crackled over their earpieces.

"John, Dom, I've intercepted communications indicating a meeting tonight at the old docks. It might lead us to her."

It was Athena.

John looked at Dom, determination in his eyes.

"Let's go," he said.

They left the convoy members under the watchful eye of Athena's surveillance, making their way to the rendezvous point.

As they approached the old docks, the sound of waves crashing against the piers was the only noise that accompanied their footsteps. The area was eerily quiet, the usual hustle of the waterfront absent.

John's eyes scanned the surroundings, every sense alert.

"Stay sharp," he murmured to Dom.

They moved deeper into the docks, their silhouettes blending with the shadows.

A faint light flickered in the distance, casting an ominous glow.

They approached cautiously, weapons drawn.

As they rounded a corner, they were met with the sight of a large shipping container, its doors wide open.

Inside, a group of men stood around a table, their attention focused on a map.

John and Dom exchanged a glance.

"This is it," John whispered.

They advanced, their movements synchronized.

Suddenly, the men turned, weapons drawn.

A firefight ensued, but John and Dom were unstoppable.

Within moments, the men were subdued.

John approached the table, examining the map.

"It's a trap," he said. "They're expecting us."

Dom clenched his fists.

"Then let's give them a surprise."

They prepared for the next move, ready to face whatever awaited them.

The night was far from over, and the Boogeyman was just getting started.

As they prepared to leave, Athena's voice crackled in their earpieces.

"John, Dom, I've intercepted communications indicating a meeting tonight at the old docks. It might lead us to her."

John looked at Dom, determination in his eyes.

"Let's go," he said.

They exited the warehouse, ready to face whatever awaited them at the docks.

The night was far from over, and the Boogeyman was just getting started.

As they approached the docks, the sound of waves crashing against the piers was the only noise that accompanied their footsteps.
