Before they had encountered Four-level zombies, they might have thought that Four-level zombies were just a bit stronger than Level 3 zombies. But after witnessing the strength of Four-level zombies, they realized just how much more powerful Four-level zombies were!

Rescuing didn't necessarily mean fighting on the front lines. Depending on the crisis, they could choose the appropriate method of rescue.

For example, air-dropping supplies to maintain basic living necessities; diverting the zombies' attention to create a chance for escape; or guiding them through a dangerous but potentially life-saving escape route, all of which counted as rescue.

After all, Wang Tao's group was small in number. Facing off against the zombie swarm would be asking too much of them. Even without Four-level zombies in the swarm, they couldn't defeat so many zombies.

Humans have their limits, and even if tens of thousands of zombies stood still, letting them be slaughtered would still be an exhausting task for strength and physical stamina. Perhaps they could fly a transport plane over and airdrop some supplies, easing their dire needs, considering they were trapped without ammunition or food.

This would also allow them to verify whether they were genuinely trapped or just fishing for help.
