Chapter 16: Chapter 16: Cunning
Chapter 16: Cunning
The boy stood in front of a deep pink door in a long hallway. He knocked quietly, and the pink-haired princess opened it for him.
"Oh, Finn," she said, her eyes narrowing slightly as she spoke his name.
"Did you call for me?" he asked as he entered the room.
"Yes, I have a unique mission for you," she said, glancing inside while opening the door wider. Finn stepped into the room, following her as she moved toward a map spread out on a table.
"See this point here?" She touched a spot on the map. When Finn looked, he saw it was in the heart of a desert located in the far reaches of Ooo, next to the massive crater caused by the Mushroom Bomb.
"What about it?" he asked.
"I have a scientific mission to explore the types of life in this barren land, specifically uncovering the secret of how they survive and adapt to extreme heat conditions of up to 300 degrees," she explained, pointing at the map.
"Okay, and where do I come in?" He rolled his eyes slightly.
"This desert is known for its numerous dangerous monsters. I need a strong, reliable guard, and you're the best," she said, her eyes holding a faint, enigmatic gleam.
"I've been there with Jake once. It's really far—took us seven days to get there and another seven to return," he said. He wasn't trying to make an excuse, but he also didn't want to waste time unnecessarily.
"Oh, don't worry. With my new ship, my calculations say we'll get there in just a few hours," she said, holding up four fingers.
"Alright, should we wait for Jake to finish his mission in the Berry Kingdom?" he asked.
"No, Princess Berry needs him to deal with some corrupt individuals. That'll take time. We might be done before him," she said, stepping forward and leading Finn out of the lab.
Finn sat in the seat next to the driver's chair as the princess took the wheel. She wore a white suit without a helmet, her pink hair tied up in a bun.
"And we're off," she said as she pressed something on the dashboard. The ship launched at high speed, leaving a massive cloud of dust behind them.
"So, we have a few empty hours," the princess started after five minutes of silence.
"Do you have plans for them?" Finn turned his head toward PB.
"How about…random questions?" she asked, narrowing her eyes with a mischievous look.
"All I want to know is what's up with that suit," he said, pointing to her unusual outfit.
"This is a heat-resistant suit. Since I'm made of gum, the heat would harm me more than you. I designed the helmet to retract and, most importantly, to be transparent. I hate the ugly look of helmets on my other suits. There's one in your size—you'll wear it when we arrive," she said, gesturing to the back.
"No thanks, I'll be fine," he declined, raising his hand.
"I'll be fine, right, Sika?" he thought.
[Yes. Your heat tolerance reaches 4500 degrees. At that point, you'll start feeling the heat.]
"Alright, my turn. Tell me…do you like any girls?" she asked, looking at him.
"No. Love is just a tool women use to secure safety and money, and men use it for their sexual needs," he said without even thinking. It wasn't that he hadn't fallen in love in his first life, but the outcomes left their scars.
"I disagree. Women are creatures searching for perfection, which they think they'll find in someone else. But I agree that men pursue sexual interests," she said with a small, wry smile.
"So women are just walking refrigerators—no lust, no desire. Only men enjoy sex?" he asked skeptically.
"Exactly. All a woman gets out of sex is pain, which she endures for a fool who'll leave her once he's done," her voice grew emotional, her eyes looking away.
Finn glanced at the princess, whose emotions were clearly swirling. "I'll be back in a moment," he said, standing and leaving her. He walked to the back of the ship, hearing loud, sarcastic laughter filled with mockery and bitter humor. It continued for a while before gradually stopping. Then the noise subsided, and Finn returned to his seat, his expression calm.
"Simply put, nonsense. Women enjoy it more than men. A fool doesn't realize that," he said, leaning back, resting his weight on the chair, his hands behind his head.
"Ridiculous. You're not in her place to know how she feels," she argued.
"Words and actions are enough to tell that she's losing her mind with pleasure, unlike men who maintain their mental balance even during ecstasy," he countered, his expression unchanged throughout their conversation.
[Why do I feel like you're both hinting at something I don't understand?]
"Because we are," he thought.
[...]
"Enough Justifications, Finn!! What are you trying to convince me of? That you're angels or something!?" she yelled.
"Lower your voice. The answer is no. I'm just trying to convince you that you all aren't angels either," he replied simply. Perhaps it was his calm tone that only fueled her anger.
"I'm not even saying that! What I'm saying is that women have to endure all this in the name of love," she said, trying to lower her voice, but her reddened face betrayed the lingering anger.
"I think it's my turn to ask a question," he ignored her response, sensing her stubbornness. "Have you ever loved someone before?" he surprised her with the unexpected question.
"What... Well, I... maybe once. But he was the reason for my current thinking. After he got close to me and I refused, he just left, simple as that," she stammered, looking away nervously. This piece of information shocked him; he had never heard it before. "Weak... He couldn't even handle the simplest responsibilities."
Finn stayed silent for a moment, thinking about what to say, but she beat him to it. "You know... I actually have a question now, which is why I brought this topic up in the first place."
"What is it?" he asked, even though he was pretty sure of what it would be.
"Finn, please tell me, and don't lie… Did you take Marceline's virginity?" She clenched her teeth on the last three words.
[Wait, how does she—?]
Finn didn't answer either Sika or the princess. He simply looked into PB's eyes, which had turned red with anger. Her breathing quickened, and her legs were trembling involuntarily. "Is that a problem?" he answered smoothly.
"Of course, it's a problem! Her virginity should have been mine! She stopped me herself from taking it for all this time, only to give it to you in a moment!?" she shouted, slamming her hand onto the control table in front of her.
"Think whatever you want, but I'll end this ridiculous questioning with one last question… Did either of you ever climax while together?" He turned his head toward her.
She froze at his embarrassing question, her anger momentarily silenced. It wasn't clear whether Finn was entirely certain about this, but he had struck a sensitive and significant truth about PB. Her relationship with Marceline had never reached its peak; it always ended with one of them falling asleep or getting too tired to continue. The fact that they had never climaxed together before now solidified Finn's suspicions.
"Alright, no need to answer that. Here's another question: Have you ever climaxed on your own or with anyone else?" he asked, fully aware that the answer to the first question and this one would be the same.
Once again, PB didn't respond, which reassured Finn that she had never been touched by any man before. "Very good. For your information, last night Marceline climaxed with me fifteen times or more. A thousand years of repression, and I unleashed it all for her in one single night," he leaned in closer, whispering near her ear.
"Just imagine… every time she reached her peak and tried to rest, I started again, and then again, and then again. That's the difference, Princess," he added, his voice growing deeper, dripping with dominance.
Her knees pressed together tightly as she tried to maintain her composure, but his presence and words were overwhelming. His voice, rich and provocative, stirred something deep within her.
"The difference between what a woman can do to another woman and what a man can do to a woman is like heaven and earth. And that will never change, even if existence itself ceases to be. Because… that's just how we are, my dear," he said with a faint smile, fully in control of the situation.
His nostrils flared slightly, detecting a faint, intoxicating scent in the air. "Hmm, already wet, are we? Not any less pent-up than her…" he mocked. "So, what do you think? Would you like to feel what she felt before? Would you like it if I entered you the way I entered her?" His teasing tone was now soaked with provocation, pushing her further into her emotions.
Her face and neck turned bright red, and cold sweat trickled down her trembling body. Even her pussy throbbed with heat and wetness as her body betrayed her despite her efforts to stay composed.
The two sat in silence for an indeterminate amount of time. Each second felt like an eternity for the princess, who was overwhelmed by the suffocating quiet, the absolute dominance Finn exuded, and the shocking revelations about her closest friend. Marceline climaxing so many times seemed like sheer madness.
"Fine… Fine, Finn. If that's how it is, then she must enjoy being with you more. I'm happy for her… truly happy," she said, suppressing her tears and gritting her teeth in frustration.
Finn didn't reply. Her reaction was completely irrational. Was she truly accepting the truth this easily? PB was the most stubborn and cunning mind in Ooo—there was no way she'd give up so effortlessly. Finn left room for the possibility that she was merely pretending to surrender.
"So, why do you want to study those creatures?" he changed the subject, growing tired of the current conversation.
"Some of my people melt during hot days because they're made of candy. If I can uncover the secret of these creatures, I might be able to help them," she replied, her voice devoid of any emotion.
"Why not study the inhabitants of the Fire Kingdom? They live in temperatures far hotter," he suggested.
"I already tried, but it turns out they're just concentrated thermal energy, essentially born from fire itself. If I continue studying them secretly, Flame Princess might catch on, and the already strained relationship between our kingdoms would only grow worse," she explained.
"Fair enough," he said, looking out the window. They were now flying over desert terrain, but the sand was a reddish color, giving the area an unusual appearance.
"We won't land here; we'll go deeper where the creatures are more abundant," she said in the same monotone voice.
"Only nine hours? This ship really impressed me," he remarked. A few minutes later, the princess stopped the ship mid-air and then landed it gently on the ground. "Oh… where's that damned helmet?" she muttered as she searched the ship.
Finn got up and took his first step onto the sand. Perhaps he was the first human to ever set foot in such a place, but that was a story for another time.
"Wait…"
[What?]
"Didn't you say the helmet was part of the suit?" He paused, a sly smile creeping onto his lips. "That bitch," he thought as the sound of the ship launching at full speed echoed behind him.
